I would say that it was one of the good Indian places to eat in Courteney where the options are so limited. The food is fresh and wholesome but the quantity is not entirely sufficient given the price. But it also varies based on individual appetite perspectives. Being a Assamese-Bengali foodie, the taste is more north west Indian compared to entirely Indian here.

We have been spoiled back home with an Indian/Pakistani owned restaurant. But this has been just about the equivalent to our Taj Majal in Boise, ID. I had a chicken kabob that was so amazing, I just want to eat it all day. The spice levels were right. We brought food home. Try everything. You won’t be disappointed.

The food was really good. Had it delivered after a day of hiking. The butter chicken and naan were really nice, the medium butter chicken has absolutely no spice, I wouldn’t call it medium, but very flavourful and there wasn’t much to complain about. The chicken breast in it was quite dry, but surrounded with sauce it didn’t really take away from the experience all that much. The vegetable samosas were good, but actually much better the next day as they softened (probably a me thing). I’d gladly eat here again.

Dasher has to wait at restaurant for about 15minues.
Veggie Samosa (2 Pieces), after waiting for 50 minutes, the food was not properly cooked. The potato filling was not warm, looks like its not fresh.
I would not reccomand this restaurant because of bad food quality. I am not gonna order again.

Used tonight for a change from spice hut. I had a jalfrezi medium which I would consider mild , portions are good, butter chicken mild tasted good but no heat whatsoever. Everything was labelled and our sides delicious. Totally going to be our regular spot

Manvirro’s Indian Grill is by far our favorite restaurant in the Comox Valley. The atmosphere in the restaurant is comfortable and relaxing. It is a large space so you never feel crowded. A perfect place to unwind after a busy week! My husband and I have eaten there many times and have always found the food to be consistently fresh, aromatic, authentic and delicious with very generous servings! The naan is the best we have ever had and the Lamb Spinach, Mango Cauliflower, Coconut Veggie, and Fish Pakoras are some of our favourites. The menu has lots of options and we have never been disappointed trying new dishes. The owners and the waitresses are friendly and inviting, and they all care about creating a wonderful dining experience for their customers. Highly recommend!

We ordered several different dishes, along with rice and.nanns. everything was piping hot and so good!
