So, I found another hidden gem. Well, a hidden gem to me, maybe not for the locals here. Every bit of my experience here were simply amazing! I was greeted as I came through the door, I could sit wherever I chose to. The decor is nice, gives the place a nice relaxing vibe. The food is “double bussing” I had the Philly cheese steak omelette with home fries, the season and crispiness of the home fries was EVERYTHING! The omelette was filled with so much shaved beef, onions, peppers and provolone cheese, I almost thought I was back home up north eating a Philly cheese steak. Kirstan & Kristen were amazing, with contagious smiles. The owner Dave is a breath of fresh air. I honestly felt like I was sitting at home with my peeps. There was a family in the restaurant who has lived in Sharon all their lives, and they provided me with a known local fact, that the Sharon Grill used to be a gas station called the Esso station, not Exxon, Esso if I’m spelling that right, because I’m spelling it how it sounds. Then one of the wonderful ladies took my pic under the Clemson signs looking sad, because I didn’t realize I was sitting underneath Clemson, and in front of the Gamecocks sign, my team, all smiles. I told Dave that he has to move the booth over to the Gamecocks side. Lol I had a wonderful and enjoyable morning there, and most definitely will be dining there again. Thank you so much Dave, Kirstan, Kristen and the nice family that showed me southern hospitality and kindness.

I honestly love coming here to eat when I can. The food and the service is amazing. I was told that this place wasn’t that good a few years ago but when I went it was amazing maybe the owners changed or something but everything is so good.

Must be new owners, definitely downhill since we came last year. Food was not great, we were the only ones and service was slow. Resteraunt was clean, the bathroom was not as clean.

We were at Sharon Grill last night, and Jerrica was, as always, amazing! She’s quick, funny, and somehow manages to make the whole place feel brighter. Our drinks stayed full, the food was delicious, and we left laughing. Honestly, Jerrica might be the best part of Sharon Grill! David, you sure have a 5+ star employee!

Sharon Grill has been one of my favorite restaurants for years now, but even more so since the new owners offer breakfast again after nearly three year hiatus. By special request, Dave, the owner, added fried Catfish back as a meat choice on The Sharon Breakfast Plate, and it is DELICIOUS! He and his wife are open to menu suggestions, very accommodating, and extremely friendly, as are all of the staff. Do yourself a favor, give Sharon Grill a try.

We came about a month ago had two female cooked and the food was fantastic. This trip was much different food was mediocre at best, I worked in the industry for years. Owner needs to be careful who he hires male cook was trying to do all jobs he could wait tables and cook and I assume that’s why our food wasn’t the best. He was informing everyone how great of a cook he was and how was always there and basically slandering the other cooks. Not a good team presence at all.

I was gonna keep my review to myself but in light of the new owner cussing and being terrible to a widow and her sweet daughter here goes. I ordered a BBQ plate from there to go because the service sucks and the drinks are outrageous. After eating the food which was just ok I became terribly sick. Do yourself a favor drive right by the grill to Eddie’s in hickory Grove. It’s what the Sharon grill used to be.
