Can’t go wrong with Waffle House. The food is good. The bacon is always a little over done, but they will fix it if you ask. Service is always good, everyone is friendly. Atmosphere gets 3 stars due to how it is always FREEZING inside, even in the middle of summer.

Honestly it’s not a bad place to eat, I love their waffles and really enjoy their food I’ve had issues with the service before but they have changed they have gotten better and I actually enjoy eating here now, this is actually my fiances favorite restaurant so we visit often, if they could just add a diabetic friendly drink menu then it would definitely be a better rating, but for the most part it’s not bad place to eat. Also if they would add a doordash option it would be awesome.

Ok, I love Waffle House but we have problem with this location every time and most likely won’t be back to this one, which sucks because it’s the closest to my house. Where do I start..Had a to go order..ordered a Texas bacon cheese steak melt plate and it didnt have the onion or the bacon. Bacon is in the name!! I didnt receive my double order of hash browns.. only got a single order. Then ordered 2 chocolate chip waffles and they put them in the same container, which was fine. But only the top waffle had chocolate chips on it. Then there was no utensils or syrup? How are we supposed to eat waffles without syrup?? We even left a tip, but wishing we hadn’t now.. what a total waste of our money. I understand being busy. But that’s just bad service and food.

Im an african american truck driver and have been to several WH locations all over the east coast and this has been my worst experience yet. Stares from patrons and workers, lack of customer service, and one of the waitresses mouthed “im not taking his order” did not get their names but I did get the name of Travis. Did his best to accompany me to the best of his ability and even pushed for my order to be completed as I have been sitting there for 20+ minutes with no food in sight. Thank you Travis for you making sure I was comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

A coworker & I went for lunch. The restaurant appeared clean. Staff was friendly. Our server was efficient. I ordered a patty melt with hash browns all the way. Over half the plate was covered with hash browns. They were hot & delicious – filled with mushrooms & onions & tomatoes & ham & covered in gravy & chili. The patty melt was tasty with plenty of bacon. The price was reasonable & I was extremely happy with our meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Best waffle house around. Have been there 10 times in the last 3 weeks. Between 11pm-4am. Assistant manager/cook at night is amazing. And his servers are the best and always sweet. Only waffle house i go to now after work.

I wasn’t hungry but ordered something because I had to use the bathroom. Next time I will find a different bathroom to use. There was 3 customers in the restaurant when I ordered. There’s no reason why my food should have looked like this (picture attached). I tried the one at the pinnacle when they first opened and was disappointed and never returned. I will not be returning to this one either!!!
