Hate that I’m spending $7 or more for a drink that ends up with half the flavor it’s supposed to have. Anytime I order the iced blood moon at this location it tastes like sparkling water with a drop of syrup while other locations’ are amazing. Not sure what the issue is.

9/4/25 – Tried the frozen pumpkin spice latte for the first time. Not impressed with the flavor. No pumpkin taste. Will be trying Starbucks next for a comparison. Oh, and the drive-up speaker is still in need of attention.
While the service (at the window itself) has always been good, the drive-up speaker, when placing an order, either needs repair, or better yet, replacement. It is difficult to hear and/or understand the person taking your order.

Been here plenty of times and have had pretty good service, nothing exceptionally great, but also nothing terrible, except today. I walked in and everyone behind the counter looked very busy (probly from drive thru, cause there was only 2 other people in there). I stood by the counter to wait and made eye contact with the same person a couple of times, but nobody says anything to me (no, “hi, we’ll be right with you” or similar). I waited a moment or 2 and nothing. I had to use the restroom, so I went there and considered leaving and going elsewhere, but decided not to. Went back to the counter and waited. I made eye contact with the same person and nothing. I was about to walk out when I think I heard another person say, very quietly, “hi, we’ll be right with you.”…the fact that this person is said something to me is the only reason I did not walk out. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great….you may want to reconsider going on a Wednesday afternoon…

Definitely not coming back here. The first time a few months ago there were issues with SLOW service at the drive thru window and today I went back to give them another chance and nothing has changed. Took my order right away but once I got to the window, waited 5 minutes just for someone to come to the window and take payment and then I see 4 workers doing lord knows what and ended up taking 15 minutes to make 4 very simple drinks, one being messed up. No apologies either so I won’t be returning to this location.

Like Biggby’s. Wish they still had a larger tea selection. Drinking much less coffee these days. They have reduced their tea offerings over the past several years. Prices a bit better than Star….., but still seem high. We just buy less often as a result. Still a nice coffee shop!
