It is okay tex-mex. Service is good, but food is just average. The sauces are different than most Mexican restaurants, but not better. Looks nice on the outside, but inside is run down.

I’m visiting from out of state for a special occasion and a local recommended this place. I’ve never had tex mex before and I was pleasantly surprised. The ranch dip with the chips and the queso was amazing. I had a bean and cheese burrito and they are not kidding when they tell you on the menu that it is as big as your face. I couldn’t eat it all but I sure tried!
Our waitress Teri was absolutely what you hope for when you go to a restaurant. She was kind, personable, and made you feel as if she has known you her whole life! Her smile just lights up a room! She is a real keeper!

Host was stressed and told us to our face they were about to cancel our table a minute after the send text of our table was ready after already walking up to the host stand. Server was not friendly, when we told her we were ready to order she said she was going to grab our drinks. 2 of 3 drinks were served and she still did not take our order. The nicest service we received was the random guy who brought us chips that 1 time. Food and drinks took a long time, we had a refill of chips before we ever received water. When food finally arrived two burritos were mid and the tacos were dry and bland. The majority of the food was bland. At least the bartender is good, are margaritas were good. By the way, you should probably have 2 bartenders for margarita day, instead of 1. I will never be back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. The appetizers are nearly $14 and the queso is $10, this place is diabolical.

Forget all these negative reviews. This place rocks. How could you not like Chuys?? It’s like Disney World for Mexican food. Creamy Jalapeño Ranch…? Boom Boom sauce over a burrito that’s as big as your face…? Need I say more?

My wife and I had a great experience at this location. We should up around 6pm and had a ~25 min wait. Unfortunately, the bar was closed due to staffing issues. Our waitress, named Patience, was very attentive despite having a large section to cover. The food came out exactly as we ordered and drinks were excellent too! My wife got the Raspberry lime swirl margarita and I got the strawberry lime swirl. Their queso is also incredible!

We came to this Chuys last month. Everything was so DELICIOUS! Love their Chips, Salsa, guacamole, Jalapeño ranch dip, and shrimp tacos recommended by our waitress. We didn’t have to wait long at all and had very fast service! Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Chuy’s. The former location is O’Charley’s on White Bridge Rd and Post Road, near Target. The Greeter directed me straight to the To Go Order section. However, the tables in this area were uncleaned.
Eric, my waiter, was very kind and patient with me since I had never eaten here before.
I recommend eating at Chuy’s. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. I highly recommend the Elvis Presley’s Combo Meal and the Tortilla Soup.

We wanted a regular place to go while we were that way every week. We ordered with a man named Brandon and he was really good at his job,smart with common sense and we had a good experience with him but the next two times we went both waitresses did not listen and give good service. We made a simple salad split between two people and they both couldn’t figure it out, it was a very simple order and they both ruined the order. They both also made us wait too long and there was nobody in the restuarant. We won’t be back here. Second time with this ignorance is enuf. Turn off. Brandon gets it and if everyone knew how to do their job like him we wud be back. What happened to caring about your customers like he does? Well they lost some potential regulars with us. We will find another place.This is common sense service every restuarant should enforce if they want more business.

I always have a great experience every time I am here. I recently went to lunch and my server, Trip, was fantastic. He was very kind and funny. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is very fun and inviting. Chuy’s never disappoints!!
