Nov 24 update***so I came back! I had the savoy burger it was delicious!! And some wine the biggest part was both people working acknowledged what happened the last time and apologised! They were so nice and the place really is great! A great addition to Grand Case!! I will be visiting often
Went today for lunch, and after a good 15 minutes trying to find the place (Google Maps sends you the wrong way), I finally arrived at 1:45. I stood around for about 10 minutes and, since no one approached me, I went to the bar. The girl there seemed bothered that I actually wanted to spend money, and simply told me the kitchen had decided to close early today—despite the chalkboard sign clearly stating they were open until 3 PM.
I’ve heard great things about the food, so maybe they don’t need the business. I ended up heading to Bikini Bar in Orient Bay instead, where I was welcomed, served, and paid without any issue.
I’ll try again next time, but today was definitely disappointing

So happy to be back at this lovely lunch spot in an intriguing location at the back of Hope Estates. Such a cool, industrial vibe, and excellent fair, attentive service. We enjoyed a porc and a poulet entree, both were superb, simple, tasty, fragrant and delicately cooked. The resto was full of locals, of course, and many say the breakfast is very good. We will be back. Thank you.

Truly a hidden gem. My favorite go to meal is the duck confetti and accras for starters. The food is always great here plus amazing service and atmosphere.

Update: So, I’m definitely biased! Ate here last Saturday and this restaurant just keeps getting better and better. We had the stewed rabbit, shrimp and fish platter and the piece de resistance: fried plantain stuffed with salt fish! My God that thing was DELICIOUS! GET IT GET IT GET IT!!
