Had a meal that was messed up, and they absolutely refused to make it right, even after I offered clear proof of purchase.

I was never given a receipt for my order. They refused to do anything but provide “a shake or something” due to their strict no-receipt policy. I offered to show them my banking history, which would have clearly verified the charge, time, and amount from their location.

So, with their current policies, they can create a situation where they’re 100% at fault and leave the customer with zero recourse.

I understand the need to prevent fraud, but there are ways to track and mitigate that issue without compromising customer support. Having a replacement policy that refuses legitimate requests from customers who can prove they spent money is objectively bad business.

We will never be back. We refuse to support a business that demonstrates such disregard for its customers and then hides behind policy.

We used to go there multiple times a month. Each trip was at least two meals plus extras. We just wanted a replacement for the one meal that was messed up, and would have purchased more items that day anyway.

But hey, at least you saved a few bucks not giving out free food.

The food was decent. I ordered the Beef and cheddar, and thought it was too heavy and greasy. The curly fries are always good. The staff was amazing. They were verry competent and professional. The cashier was really friendly. The dining room was pretty clean and well kept.

Stopped in yesterday while in Marshalltown.
Very friendly employees and seemed clean inside. Got my order to go and we liked everything we got.
The Jalapeño Bites with the Bronco sauce was SO good.
The Reuben sandwiches were so fresh and delicious!! I’ll be getting that again.
Greek Gyro was super.
Half Pound Roast Beef was super.
The Chicken Cordon Bleu was really good and it was the only thing I thought to take a pic of.
The Buffalo Chicken sliders are so good!!
This is a great Arby’s. Wish all Arby’s were this clean and good!
I’ll stop here when I’m back in town!

VERY disappointed! There were no clean tables or booths! Food strewn all over the floor in the cooking area!
They weren’t busy and took a VERY long time for our order, with employees just standing around.

We had 2 fish for $5 with curly fries & drinks. Always good food at Arby’s. But I am not writing this review about the food. I’m writing this review about the employees. Damaris waited on us. We received excellent service with a very pleasant professional attitude. When she wasn’t busy behind the counter she was wiping off tables, cleaning windows, emptying the trash. Your store was very clean. It was a joy to eat there. And the reason it is so clean is because you’ve encouraged your employees to work! So often nowadays you see employees on their phone or just standing around. Thank you Arby’s for being a good employer. It’s important our young people know how to work. It’s the responsibility of the employers to show them how to do that. We’ll be back

SECOND TIME WAS BETTER.

First time I went to this arby’s they clearly didn’t like that I came late right before closing. (I didn’t know at the time they were closing) got home and it was evident by how our sandwiches were. I called the next day and manager made it right. Our food was hot and delicious!
