This place was so amazing! I had dinner here last night for Valentine’s day and the lady serving us was so great and very friendly and nice. On top of that, Mayco, was name I believe; she explained everything clearly and helped me decided on what to eat. She was very attentive and helped make our special night one of kind. I will personally come back just because of her outstanding service. Although their food is amazing, Mayco’s service was truly amazing! She went above and beyond to make our time dinning very great. Thank so much!

We order different dishes.

Veg & dim sum we had is good
Pad Thai asked extra spicy but is it NOT spicy, and too sweet.
Beef noodles soup is ok but taste too light
Fried noodles is too oily
Fired fish — no taste at all

Food is not Chinese
Staff who serve looks angry today
Price is ok in Vegas and place also good & cozy.

This place was great!

When I go to Hong Kong the food better taste like this or I’m leaving!

Freddie our server felt like a mind reader, never had to ask for anything… and his suggestions were spot on for the criteria I gave him!

It Was literally the first time the beef in the Chinese Cousine actually tasted like expensive steak.

The manager Diodee even stopped by our table and asked if there was anything more they can do to serve us.

Lately it feels like you have to choose between good food or good service, nice to find a place where I get both!

Absolutely loved Hong Kong Café at The Venetian!

The ambiance is elegant yet cozy — perfect for a relaxed meal. Buddha sitting at the corner completes the experience. Just across the Casio on near the main lobby of the Palazzo.

Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor and beautifully presented. The portions were perfect.

The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

Excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommend!

Was hesitant about going because of the poor reviews but my mom insisted that it was good. It was actually really good. The Peking duck was crispier and less expensive than Mott’s 32. The cucumbers were refreshing. The doodle dish was nice and crispy and loved the seafood sauce. Sesame balls for dessert was a very good. Should have ordered more. Definitely will be back. Everyone was very nice. A lot of Asian customers so must it be good

Very disappointing experience.
One of the bowls we were served had visible food residue and was clearly not properly cleaned. When we pointed this out, the server explained that this is something that “can happen” and no one felt there was something wrong with it…This kind of attitude toward basic hygiene is completely unacceptable and a joke for a restaurant.

The food was also not good. Don’t order越南河粉and 避风塘蒜香排骨.
Overall, this was a very bad experience, and we will not be returning.

I’ve visited this Hong Kong restaurant a couple of times, and overall, it’s a decent spot depending on your taste preferences. The food here can be a hit or miss—some might find the flavors a bit too plain, while others may appreciate the subtle and balanced seasoning. Personally, I enjoy most of the dishes I’ve tried. They’re not overly salty or heavily flavored, which makes them feel lighter and more traditional in style.

If ever you’re at the Venetian and looking for Chinese/Asian food, this place should be at the top of your list. Food comes fast and delicious. Definitely hits the spot when your cravings for rice inevitably comes gnawing at you. The Venetian is also near/connected to The Sphere, so if you’re done with your show there, you know where to head off to next. 🙂 Diodee Edang was a gracious host. Hongkong Cafe is in good hands with her at the helm. Did we forget to say the food was delicious?? Seriously. Go. Now. 🙂

We’ve been to Las Vegas numerous times and there are so many choices for restaurants. However, every time we come to Vegas, we must come to the Hong Kong Café. Food is fantastic. The service is great. The prices are reasonable not much else you could ask for.

Food was meh. BBQ honey pork was cut to thick and was grisly. The flavor was very tasty, just the quality of meat and cut off. Grass fish filets in chili peppers also had a nice flavor, but these were not filets. The cut was similar to thin bacon and was mostly fish skin. Some pieces were not edible. Had to pay extra for steamed rice as it is not included with the dishes. All and all, I’d pass on this restaurant if I had to order it all over again. The quality was not worth what was paid 🙁
