I went in and ordered two fresh pizzas and a fresh order of crazy bread. While the crazy bread was fresh and one pizza looked good, I was given a pizza that had been sitting way too long to be served. Not happy at all! I will go to a different location as to this is how it has been every time I seem to go.

I ordered and came about 30 mins late. They stores the food in the self pickup service oven to keep it warm. At the time I came, I didn’t know how to use the machine. They staff was quickly asked for my name and wrapped the food and handed to me with care. The store was clean and the environment so welcoming! I would come back to this store.

food was great honestly except both my boyfriend and i ended up throwing up after eating which could be coincidence except we were both feeling fine before that, neither of us have had a fever and every symptom we have had has been a symptom of food poisoning now i wasnt upset considering these things happen and i do work in food service myself its typically not anyones fault until i called the store asked to speak to a manager and very kindly informed her of what happened just so she was aware and she then said there was no way it was the food and that it had to be something else she also rudely cut me off multiple times and was laughing.. very confused how this is funny and why its not being taken seriously im not sure. terrible service. terrible management.

Absolutely terrible! Awful service, they don’t pick up the phones (often leaving them off the hook) so don’t expect to be able to cancel accidental orders made on the app. They also never cut the pizzas! The staff are also always uncaring and unkind. I have had numerous experiences at this location that have been less than good and to top it off, I left a review regarding my experience and instead of acknowledging the criticism and maybe apologizing for the bad exeriences at the restaurant or at the very least, just ignoring it, the owner took the time out of their day to tell me my experience were untruthful, invalid and incorrect! I was also belittled in my experience and the severity of what happened and I can not by any means condone this place.

I ordered a single pizza and 2 liter of pop for delivery. My son answered the door to receive it, but they didn’t deliver the 2 liter with the order. Apparently they use DoorDash for delivery, but all calls and messages to both the dasher and the restaurant directly went unanswered. To get my two liter I would have had to drive to the restaurant, defeating the whole purpose of getting delivery. Not worth it. I’m just never ordering from there again. I see why now why it is a dying pizza chain.

Food was okay but they always dodge your calls or carelessly take the phone off the hook so they dont have to answer the calls. Entirely disrespectful and terrible service. If you accidentally place an order here on the app, expect to have to slam your foot on the gas to get there before they make it because they wont refund it. Never cuts the pizza deeper than a millimeter so you have to cut it yourself. Pathetic excuse of customer service. Dont go here unless you have to. Please.
Edit: To reply to the owners note, I do not appreciate your uninformed response to call my review “untruth”. I assure you as well that I have an understanding of which restaurant I ordered from and I have no confusion as to what happened in that event or to the longevity of google reviews. The times prior to this experience in which I had come in, the employees at the front had told me the phones were in fact off the hook and that was why they could not answer. In fact! At the time of updating this review, I made another attempt to call to no avail and I was only met with immediate disconnect tone on the other end. It is embarrassing how you came to my review as well as the reviews of others to try to minimize their experience to make your restaurant look better and I won’t sit straight with it. I want to hear actual customer service from the restaurants owner or I will be leaving another bad review on a different account.
This was not “one bad experience” or “exception.” This is a culmination of experiences brought forth with a few prime examples.
I have no shame in this and no identity to hide, it is purely circumstance that my review was left as it was. I will continue to post my review(s) as I please and I will not be talked down to by some childish owner of an establishment not fit for public use.
I would also urge you to display your identity if you are so certain of your claims instead of trying to prove incorrect or dismantle your customers reviews with a faceless, nameless account.
Additionally as far as I’m concerned this has been the only negative review I have made on this account which should really say something. (:

They have the legendary zesty bread, you get to listen to Godsmack while waiting for food, it’s an out of body experience: the best investment for your dinner needs. 100/10 service, a true 8th wonder of the world.

We ordered Thursday at 545pm and and the order was to be done at 610. We go to pick it up and there’s no less than 15 people waiting for their pizza. They didn’t know what they were doing, the would make pizza and let it sit on the counter, we didn’t get our order into 645 and our pizza was cold. Also our order had things we didn’t order in it. But again it was cold. It had been sitting on a counter and yet they would t give it to us for some in known reason. Also noticed employees making pizzas and playing on their phones and not washing their hands, go to the bathroom and not wash their hands . My wife said something and was told what she saw isn’t what happened. C’mon? Really? I wasn’t impressed
