Saw this bakery advertised on Facebook. I happened to be in the area for an appointment and they were conveniently across the street. Staff was very friendly and informative. Everything is gluten and dairy free. It’s heaven for my stomach. I ordered the three cheese grilled cheese. It was made with their gf flat bread and cut in half. The cheese is vegan it was delicious and made me almost cry because I haven’t had grilled cheese in so long. I also ordered a chai and added maple spice and oat milk. I also enjoyed the butter beer cupcake which is seasonal. It is a bit more pricey but that’s because America charges more for healthy foods vs fake chemical filled food. Definitely worth it. Hopefully they open a location near the USF area at some point since this location is nearly 30 minutes from me with traffic. They said they should be getting delivery services soon. So here’s hoping. Definitely would eat from again.

The concept of a completely vegan place in south Tampa seems to be a pricey concept. I understand the location and vegan ingredients dictate the price. But premium pricing should dictate premium taste. The food tasted good here but not great. Tacos and nachos both were decent. But 80 dollars for a cake is a little bit pricey but i guess it is ok. Coffee was strictly ok. Price vs everything else weighs it down a bit.

This place is truly a dream come true for anyone with food allergies or gluten intolerance. Everything is 100% gluten-free and also free from many major allergens, which makes it one of the safest places to eat in the Tampa Bay area. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how welcoming and thoughtful the space is. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and they really understand what it means to dine with allergies or celiac disease. It’s clear that they take safety seriously, and that gives so much peace of mind. The donuts are amazing; fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The cinnamon rolls are so rich and melt in our mouth!
I absolutely recommend HaleLife Bakery & Bistro to anyone; whether you’re gluten-free or not. Such a special place! (Sorry about the picture, I couldn’t wait! lol)

I am not writing any of this to be rude or offensive, this was without a doubt the worst meal I’ve ever had. I’ve had bad food. I’ve NEVER not finished a meal. My wife and I had the grilled cheese and the spinach pizza. We threw the food out. The pizza was an absolute mess of soggy spinach and bad tasting “cheese” over a crumbling crust. The sandwich was a disgrace, microwaved process food tasting with hard bits on the bread. The apple cider chai was WAY too much cider. To top it off the AUDACITY of charging the prices they charge. 18 dollars for a microwaved sandwich. There are no redeeming qualities to the food there. I not only will never come back but I URGE from the bottom of my heart for people to not eat there. There are plenty other vegan places that actually use fresh ingredients.

I absolutely can’t say enough good things about HaleLife. As someone with food allergies, it’s so nice to have an inclusive spot where I can grab a coffee (love their coffee) and a sweet treat, lunch, or even some bread to take home. Everything I’ve ever had at HaleLife is delicious! The cookies, cupcakes, and beignets are my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and even my friends who don’t have food allergies enjoy joining me here. Thank you for creating a safe space for everyone to enjoy delicious food!

I got the deluxe avocado toast. It tastes really good but pricey for the portion. The menu is all vegan super friendly staff. All of the items are a bit expensive based on the portion tho.

Very disappointing for gluten free. I cant believe this is the best Tampa has! Everything is doughy and sticks to the box. It tastes like bad store bought gluten free pastries.

Don’t let the word vegan scare you away from this amazing hidden gem! Came to visit from New York and everything tasted almost regular. I haven’t had Mc Donald’s in almost 10 years and the Mc griddle was almost identical, syrup was great and couldn’t tell the sausage was vegan! Same goes for the pizza and cheesy bread, no idea it wasn’t real cheese. All the cupcakes were to die for!!
