Stopped by Hartz Chicken Buffet and really enjoyed it. The chicken was hot, crispy, and flavorful, and the buffet had plenty of options to choose from. Service was friendly and quick.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of the sides could have been a little fresher, but overall it was a good experience and I’d eat here again.

So the staff at this location attitude is unconcerned about its customers. 60% of the food on the HOT buffet was COLD. They were rude in their responses when we asked for items that were supposed to be on the buffet. Normally I rap music. However the cashiers upfront singing it and scrolling through their phone for more music is just unprofessional.

This is the second time we have been too this location… this time they were not very friendly… we go mostly for the livers and gizzards.. I asked them when I first paid off they could make some… they cooked 5 of each, I asked again if they could cook more since that is the main thing we come for…. again they cooked 5 of each… another couple had come in and one if them was reading gizzards also… I asked again of they could cook more… again they cooked 5 of each… by this time I had gotten frustrated with having to wait over and over… I will not go back to that one again… we will use the other location from now on…

Waste of 30 dollars for 2 people to eat buffet. Took a long time for them to put more regular tenders out and barely had any fries. Also the peach pie was pretty obvious canned peaches. And the tenders were cold and hard when we got there. And the mac and cheese was watery/tasted awful

UPDATE 3/22/25: This place is now by far my very best, most favorite fried chicken joint around! I’ve eaten here about 3 times since the review above & it’s been freshly fried chicken & NO burnt grease taste. Yippee! I also love their fried chicken livers. Fried okra is only ok, because it’s frozen not fresh & the fried chicken gizzards are good just really tough.

Let’s just say… I won’t go back. Food was old and looked distasteful. My macaroni and cheese was watery.
Fiance said mashed potatoes were great (and roll).
Had to drive far out to get to location on Airline Drive. Restaurant was somewhat clean. Prices are far too expensive for what they offer.

If you liked school lunch cafeteria food this is the place for you. It was 30 bucks for 2 of us to eat lunch here, the only fried chicken on the buffet was wings and breast’s all the fried food was hard and everything else came out of a can or packet. Extremely disappointing and definitely will not be back
