The absolute WORST service I have had at any establishment ever and would give zero stars if I could. First off, I placed my order at 5:00 p.m. was charged and was getting updates that my pizza was completed at 5:30 and it left the shop at 6 p.m.. We live 7 mins away from this place. The tracking updates kept getting longer and longer and at 6:45 still no pizza.
I called them but no one would bother to answer the phone and I sat on hold for over 20 minutes so I ended up just driving to the store because I was charged and I needed to get a refund. I was told by the attendant that they were closed and all orders have been cancelled and that they wont give refunds at the store. I explained that I had tracking said that the pizza was done at 5:30 on its way by 6 p.m. but he argued with me that all orders were canceled anyway.
I left and went to get food for my family since I was told my order was cancelled and ended up spending another $36 on additional food. At this point it is now 7:00 p.m. over 2 hours later and I get a call from my Husband that the pizza was delivered. Had their employee had any common sense he could have let me know my pizza was ordered.
Dealing with management wasn’t any better and was also met with a shitty attitude. He seems to think it is acceptable to serve his costumers pizza that has been completed and sitting out for hours.

I got my BBQ Chicken pizza with onions, and jalapeños. WOW! They cooked my pizza to perfection and the service was great..
Layla was running the store alone and she was just amazing. Smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Although she was busy she truly took the time with my order.

Placed an online order on Saturday around 10:30 pm, delivery time stated 21 minutes and a Disclaimer came up to keep my phone near by because I could receive a call to verify the order. No call or missed call and order was canceled within 30 seconds of receiving it. Called the number to which it goes to an answering service now, explained what happen and she transfered me to the store. The girl that I spoke to informed me that they were on a 3 hour wait for deliveries so they were canceling all online orders, I informed her that they website said it would be 21 minutes to which she said was wrong. Continued to inform me that they weren’t accepting new orders but I could place an order if I wanted to wait the said 3 hours for my food….wait huh? She also informed me that she only answered the phones and knew nothing else so i asked to be transferred back to the service because this didn’t sound much more than noone wanted to work that night which is bad buisness practice and to which I wasn’t transferred but instead hung up on…imagine that! So called back and got the same person I talked to during the initial call and explained what I was told, she stated the website still was at a 20-30 minute delivery time and that if I wanted that she could put my order in, which could still for all purposes be canceled by the store mind you, so I decided to give it a try only to be told that what I was ordering was an online special and that I wouldn’t get at the same price ordering over the phone. Almost 45 minutes dealing with that and I can say without a doubt that I won’t be ordering from there again.

ordered on the app, told it was going to be 40 minute wait on the app and followed the baking steps for each process, order said it was ready. Go in and I stood there with some other guy for 10 minutes before we were helped at the counter. Finally, get to me and I ask for my order and after all that, the girl told me it’s not even in the oven yet. I wait another 15 minutes and get my order, get all the way back to my house an hour later and turns out the pizza has no sauce and the cheese isn’t even cooked. Worst experience at Dominos ever, don’t choose this location for pizza. Absolute botch job. Waste of money and im still hungry. Truly a sad day.

Look if you don’t want business from customers, then close the store. I was to order online to get cheaper deal. Then I’m told the registers are not linked to the app with deal.. I will never come this location ever again.. Horrible customer service. KNOW YOUR PRODUCT..

Only two people working today showed up at 5:20. My pizza was done at 5:32 and was one of the best pepperoni sausage pizzas I’ve had from Domino’s. Keep up the good work and you might think about getting these two people some help for goodness sake

I made a $50+ order hours in advance, and they canceled it less than 30 minutes prior to its delivery time. Absolutely incomprehensible how a business can function this way. Avoid this location no matter what. It is an absolute, pathetic joke of a franchise.

So mad ! 3 times out hand tossed came over an hour late and then was so thin it couldn’t hold just the cheese. I was nice and didn’t complain. So we ordered pan pizza which comes out better. I went in to pick it up and was going to give them a nice heads up about the past issue. I wasn’t even mad . The guy walked away from me twice and flat out ignored me while I was talking . Then in the middle he said “ your order is ready, anything else you need?”. Obviously he didn’t want to hear it since he kept ignoring my story. It was so dismissive and rude. I was willing to order a different style and move in but since they don’t even want to hear me out I won’t be ordering from them anymore. For YEZRS we have been consistent customers. Sometimes we even ordered every Friday. Not anymore! I can’t even get another person on the phone and see no need in contacting the store since they blew me off in person
