On a shore excursion deep in the jungles of Belize at the cusp of an ancient ruin there was a small shack set up that was offering burgers cooked precariously and with questionable hygiene, I thought I’d encountered the worst burger in the world. Until visiting this location in the Philadelphia airport. What you see here clocked $26 and was inedible. The tots were 80% oil, the burger was something you’d get from a dirty gas station microwave, but worse, soaked in a lake of questionable condiments. The meat was mysterious. The service was scornful and rife with disdain. A request by another customer for extra ketchup was met with initial rejection and then annoyed acquiescence. The best part about this experience was leaving.

I just needed a refill of water and two employees were behind the counter having a personal conversation for about 5 minutes. It was clear the girl working there was being trained by the guy and he seemed much more interested in her than me. It took her noticing me before telling him I needed help. He told me it wasn’t possible to refill my water because the machine only makes soda water (what? How did I get this water??) so I had to go refill it at the water fountain. Keep in mind the entire food court had a total of 6 people walking around as it was an hour before closing.

$26 for a single spicy burger, fried, and a soda. This is the greatest ripoff of all times. The burger was sloppy and messy. The guy at the register was chatting away with someone on his phone. Never will I eat at any location again.

Had the Double bacon stack smash. I liked it. Greasy but good.

Charging a “Wage & Benefits Fee” and then stating on the same receipt that this charge is NOT a gratuity and does not go directly to employees is, at best, deeply misleading.
As a customer, one reasonably assumes that a fee labeled this way benefits the workers. Discovering otherwise — especially buried in fine print — feels dishonest and ethically questionable.
If a company needs to cover wages and benefits, that cost should be reflected transparently in menu prices, not passed onto customers through a vaguely worded surcharge that exploits goodwill toward employees.
This is not transparency.
This is not respect.
It’s a practice that undermines trust and reflects poorly on the brand.

I got food poisoning and had explosive diarrhea on the plane for the duration of my flight. I also felt unwell for the first five days of my trip.
Don’t roll the dice. They keep removing my review, but if you think let me get food here quickly before my flight, don’t. Get a granola bar and play it safe.
The women was taking to her friend forever and the food took a while to come out.

Burger was actually pretty good, but it ends there. The employees are miserable in their jobs. The owners are extremely cheap. $55 for 2 burgers, fries and small drinks – but not even allowing soda refills is actually disgusting. Owner – skip the copy/paste pretend reply you give everyone about missing the mark and you are sorry. You are not really, this is your business model and you are happy with it. Will find other alternatives in airports next time.

The food was literally the best I’ve ever had from an airport! The food was more costly ($16 for my burger), but that’s to be expected from an airport, and I’d say it was worth the price! The staff were nice and quick when making food. The burger was nice and hot, perfectly cooked, and the bacon was great. I definitely recommend this place if you need a bite to eat! 5☆!!!!!

Feeling generous, will say this burger was pretty good. Had to order two extra patties (+$4.40) for a sufficient beef-to-bun ratio (personal preference) … I ordered ‘no fries’ but was given (and charged for) them anyway (was trying to avoid carbs). Ate them anyway, felt bad throwing them out and the counter guy must have just misunderstood me, my bad. They were hot, fresh and delicious of course. $20+ all together, a decent meal if a bit pricey. Was my last substantial bit of protein before a transatlantic flight. Airplane food? No thanks! Clean store, good service, would eat here again.

I know this airport food but dang was it bad. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Tater Tots. The food is not as described. I had three chicken tenders instead of a chicken filet which you expect when ordering a chicken sandwich. Very bland and expensive. Just go to Chick-Fil-A and you will have a way better experience. I will not eat here again.
