Very impressed by the manager Zack at this location. I placed a large online order for pickup, and was in a rush so I didn’t check the order when I got it and just left. When I got home, I realized they messed up one of the pizzas because of the no cheese customization, and I called the store and was immediately connected to the manager who looked up my order, saw the issue, had the pizza remade and delivered to me within 30 minutes of me calling. We used to order from Domino’s and they messed up our order twice in a row and refuse to do anything to correct it, which is why we stopped ordering from them, so I was pleasantly surprised by this professional response. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I place an order the lady place me on hold stated there was system error as my order was cancelled on my card and the manager then state his name and then ask what problem was I stated I was on hold then hang up on me
I recall again manger answer rude again I ask for owner said they weren’t available and hung up on me .
Alejandro needs training and attitude adjustment won’t last long as a manager. Do better pizza hut!!!

I placed an order online and when I arrived my food said it was ready and I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to greet me. At least say “hi and I will be right with you” if they are busy. I had to flag down one of the guys that was washing dishes. He was really nice.

I know pizza is just pizza, nothing too special. But at this place, it feels like they really put effort into cutting the slices evenly and making the pizza on time. I really enjoy ordering from here.

I called to place a delivery order the person taking my order was having a hard time understanding what I was saying so I keep repeating myself over and over, once we got to the payment part he just hang up my call, I call again thinking it might just get disconnected, but no they hung up again, I try again and told them that I was placing an order but I couldn’t finish paying because it got disconnected and they just hung up. Customer service is awful if they don’t want to work just don’t do it but you don’t have to be rude to others.

The young adult guy working behing the counter building pizzas was handling all aspects of the process un-gloved, which included hand spreading the cheese with no utencils. He repeatedly interacted with the two waiste cans located between the pizza oven and the food compartment cooler, which places the cans on the left side of the cooler, behind the register. He washed his hands a few times in between, but did move across and interacted with food prep area and food without washing hands repeatedly as well, and he register to assist one customer and returned to prep again without hand wash or gloving. He was 18-23 in aprox age, wearing black pizza hut polo with black pizza hut sleeveless vest, his black hair was buzzed close and tight to the start of a higher cut afro, or frizzed curly hair. The young gall that was working along side had no issue switching between gloved and ungloved as she navigated her tasks. So I am stuggling to see why he could not as well. We will be going else were next time. Which is kind of a bummer, because there are fewer and fewer to find Pizza Huts, and this crosses out this somewhat convenient location off our list.
As I believe our pizza was made by the younger gall, I believe ours to be ok. However I offer this location to have this above mentioned guy retake his food card cert at at the (foodworkercard . wa .gov), “Do it right Serve it Save.” I have faith in a positive improvement.
And to the owner, I see that this is a consistant violation of food handling being reported to you! So you can skip the response about “we’d like to follow up with you further, please email us at (insert email address here)?” Because its clear that with all these reveiws about food handling and safety, you hold no one accountable, change nothing, and your message is just for face value image.

I’ve been here a couple of times and the service is amazing. There’s a young man that works there (I wish I had asked his name) Caucasian w/ longer hair I believe- he is awesome. Always so upbeat, kind to everyone who walks in, and even remembered my name! I came in today 6/13 and as he walked out to do a delivery he greeted me & another customer waiting and gave us updates about our orders. I was shocked he took the time to do that & so quickly- when he wasn’t even working the register. I know fast food is tough and please know that you make a difference. A huge one in people’s lives- just by being kind and yourself. You guys rock and you made my day. Looking forward to coming back & learning what your name is. Have a wonderful summer!!

The delivery was fast and driver was nice and cool. But the pizza (pepperoni and extra cheese) was raw dough and cheese hardly even melted. Ended up having to just eat pieces of the pizza and throw over half of it away. Pizza was half falling apart in the box. Not thrilled about spending 20 bucks on a pizza that wasn’t baked. I Drive semi so can’t just throw it in the oven.
