Really? I paid $1.60 extra for avocado but didn’t get it. Nor did I get cheese or mayo. Two other subs in my order were missing cheese too. I guess when I order I’ll just go and tell them to give me what they want me to have, they do anyway ‍♀️

My fiancé went in to do a online order pick up. As he was grabbing the food who ever was working (old female) rudely told him he needed a receipt to grab the online order which the stand is infront of the store obviously.. he says that he didn’t know he needed one and that it was a online order, she continued to tell him next bring one in a rudely matter. Will not come back.

The older lady that works at night, rude as usual. We walk in and she said “ I have to make these other orders first and it’s gonna be 45 minutes before I’m done and by then I’ll be closed. “ She turned away a lady before us, and 2 people after us. She’s always rude and I understand she has online orders so we all get turned away? Why is she working alone if it’s that busy?

Where to start? I don’t want to be rude, but I’m utterly shocked at my experience here today. I do hope the district manager reads these reviews, I would be most happy to share my video recording with them.

As someone who works in customer service, and management I am honestly bewildered at my experience today. I would never treat a customer that was in my store, in front of me the way I was treated by 3 employees today.

I came in, there were no other customers. I asked the gentleman who was just standing there talking to the female employee next to him who was prepping an online order. I said I’d like a whole white, and he told me it was going to be awhile. He then pulled bread out and started making online orders.

I stood there for an additional 5 minutes, I glanced between all 3 employees. THREE EMPLOYEES. Who ignored the customer who was physically in the store in front of them. Now I understand online orders matter as well, however when you have a physical customer standing there, you should help them. There is zero reason why two employees need to both make online order subs, especially with a customer standing there waiting to be acknowledged.

What really threw me, was the woman I believe to be the manager standing at the register. Not only was she allowing this, but she made zero attempt to assist an in person customer either. I will explain why I am in utter disbelief over this. My mother is also a manager of one of the Oswego county subways and she’s amazing at what she does. She would never stand for this behavior. She would never stand there and allow a physical customer to be treated in such an unwelcoming manner. She would never tolerate her employees, or coworkers to do so either.

With sincere regard, it would be in subways best interest to reconsider who they hire as managers. It’s blatantly clear that your nominated managers disrespect your brand so highly by not embarking on a stronger action plan for people who are representing you to the public.

Again, maybe most people, and the average customer here in Fulton don’t care… but as a customer service professional… I just couldn’t curb the overwhelming need to express dire concern for lackless management here.

Unfortunately I’ve never had anything good from this particular location. My recent visit… as I pulled up a subway employee was finishing a cigarette, we got out and we’re a few steps behind her as she went in. Even though she put on gloves, she DID NOT wash her hands. Gross!! I ordered a meatball sub with extra meatballs. Some of the meatballs had this kind of crunchy skin on part of them that suggests not only were they not stirred to keep this from happening but had been sitting there way to long. My friend ordered the same. She actually has worked at Subway before….she got 2 whole extra meatballs and about half a camera of sauce on her sandwich. Neither one of us ate mor than 3 bites and we will not be returning to this location. Sorry Subway

The subs are alright but the service was horrible. The lady making sandwiches was the rudest subway employee I’ve ever dealt with. She sounded thoroughly annoyed that she had to make 2 sandwiches and was so snappy in our exchanges, I left with my subs angry enough to go home and write a review.

I order online and food is ready when it’s supposed to be. Never had an issue at this location. Where the one in Walmart I have nothing but issues from employees being rude to stale bread and food not being made when I order ahead. This location employees look happier and never had been rude

They have the buy one get one free sub deal going on. I’ve been here Alot, they are getting worse every time. They advertise buy one get one then divide the meat up between the two subs, so you’re basically getting a vegan sub, loaded with tons of lettuce.

I was helped by a woman named Hannah. She was extremely kind to us. She also took her time and made our sub look amazing. This subway has been my favorite for a while. But she just made it so I’ll never go to a different one again. The sub was amazing! THANK YOU AGAIN HANNAH!

No stars! Tried to order a catering platter for my mothers birthday. They took down all of my info. And apparently wrote it wrong so they couldn’t call me back. So their brilliant plan was to just throw away the order form and not make the order. Great customer service… NOT
