As you can clearly see on my ticket it says cookout style “no onion.” This is the fourth time in about three weeks that I’ve said no onions and they clearly put onions on my sandwich. The first time I’m cool with it, I’ll just take them off and go on about my business.
The next three times is ridiculous because the girl repeated the order back to me and I said yes. It’s on the receipt “no onions” and they clearly put onions on it as you see in the picture; this is unprofessional and I’m just sick of it.

I’ll give it another try, but my first experience wasn’t great.
Hamburger was very salty, couldn’t finish it. Fries and onion rings 5 out of 10. The service was good, and the place seemed clean. However, the food portions and presentation were poor. If I had enjoyed the food more, I would have been disappointed with the 6 fries and 3 onion rings. I’m hoping this was just a fluke and I’ll give them another try sometime.

I wish we had Cook Out where I live. The prices are so low I feel like I’ve gone back in time 5+ years when I look at their menu. And I love the variety in the menu. It’s like getting to get your favorites at half a dozen fast food chains all at one place.
But most of all I love a place that honors people and takes care of families. I think everyone could find something they wanted (so no one leaves unhappy), and the prices are at least 30% less than most other chains–allowing parents to take the family out without breaking the bank.

I recently ordered a chicken quesadilla, and I was really disappointed with its quality. As shown in the attached photos, the quesadilla appeared to be pre-made rather than freshly prepared. The texture was soggy and almost watered down, and the filling lacked any noticeable freshness or flavor that you’d expect from something made to order.
Not only was the appearance unappetizing, but the overall experience felt more like a reheated frozen item than something made fresh.
I visit this location often and it’s always a hit or miss with the chicken quesadillas but i’m always pleased with their staff, wait time, and other food.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. This location goes above and beyond with their service every time. Noticeably better than other cookout locations. Customer service is top notch and I think it goes unnoticed a lot. Thank you turkey creek cookout!

The staff was friendly and my food came out fast and fresh. Cook out never disappoints. It’s a great value. I’m a truck driver and am from nc and noticed they only have cook outs down south I’m pretty sure they would do well up north too since the prices are lower than other fast food chains. Went to Taco Bell in pa the other day and it was 16 dollars for a meal. I couldn’t believe it almost told them to take it back. Please build one of these next to the places that overcharge and put them out of business with your great food and service!

Took my Son there for his birthday, the meal as a whole was terrible not one thing I got in my combo was fresh looked n tasted as if it has been left sitting out all day!!! Even the pop tasted like colored water. I will never go to this place to eat again!!!

It’s a fairly new location and the lobby is already swarming with flies. I ordered the Jr. Tray with burger, fries & cheese bites. I received the tiniest portion of 6 (very tiny) cheese bites. (Please see photo). The tables were all dirty (probably why there’s so many flies). This meal was definitely not worth the 8.17 I paid for it. For 3 bucks cheaper, I could’ve gone to McDonald’s and received much more food in a cleaner restaurant. Cook Out used to be good, but now it’s just a dirty rip-off.

Ordered a regular cheeseburger the burger was very small. Took one bite and the bun fell apart. I ordered through the drive thru so I went to get napkins for the mess out of the bag and of course they didn’t give me any napkins. You should not have to ask for napkins in a drive thru. Then I went to get a French fry and they all came out in a greasy soggy ball. No way you would want to eat that mess. I won’t go back almost $12 and could not eat it.
