Hidden inside an Asian supermarket, this place is a total gem. Authentic Northwest Chinese flavors done right. The liangpi, roujiamo, noodles, and lamb skewers are easily the best I’ve had in the States. Great quality, generous portions, and very fair prices. Definitely a wonderful surprise!

This place is located in a food court next to Asian Family Mart. It’s self-service, and high chair available. Food is mediocre, price is slightly high (but not high for Bellevue standard iykyk). Also, a good amount of items are crossed off on the menu.
Some dishes that stood out are Lamb Skewers 羊肉串 $14.99 (small ones are 10 per order, fairly tender with a few fatty pieces. and Braised Beef Brisket Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐烧牛腩 $16.99. Lamb Paomo 羊肉泡馍 is mediocre, and Steamed Cold Noodle in Hot Sour Sauce 凉皮 is bland.

We really enjoy dining here. Our entire family visits frequently because the prices are reasonable and the food is consistently served quickly. After our meal, we often stop by the supermarket next door to pick up a few snacks. It’s always a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Amazing experience! I ordered the Stir Fry Paomo and it completely exceeded my expectations. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with tender pieces of meat, fresh herbs, and a comforting aroma that instantly reminded me of authentic Xi’an street food. Definitely one of the best Xi’an-style dishes I’ve had in Seattle.

I ordered takeout from Taste of Xi’an, and it was so great. The Big Plate Chicken (大盘鸡) came with chewy hand-pulled noodles soaked in rich, flavorful sauce — the chicken was tender, and the potatoes were perfectly cooked and soaked up all the flavor. Everything was still warm and fresh when it arrived.
The portion was huge and definitely worth the price. You can tell they use quality ingredients and cook with care. This is easily one of my favorite Chinese takeout spots in Seattle — authentic, comforting, and satisfying experience.

I really love this place! the wide variety of dishes means I get to try something different every time. The food always warms my stomach and lifts my mood. Today I tried the new Cai Jia Mo and the wonton soup, and they were wonderful.

I had dinner with a friend here in the Asian Street Food part of the Asian Family Market in Bellevue. The best dishes were the Steamed Cold Noodle in Hot and Sour Sauce and the Hot and Sour Black Pork Sandwich. I like the open kitchen design where I can see everything that is going on while I wait for my order. The prices are reasonable compared to everywhere else around in Bellevue and it is a very convenient stop on the way to my work. I come here pretty often but haven’t gotten around to writing a review until now. I would recommend it as a solid lunch or dinner on the way home place.

The noodles are handmade and freshly made, chewy and springy, not pre-made. The sauce was also very flavorful. The lamb skewers tasted great, with just the right amount of cumin and spiciness, and no gamey taste. It’s really great value for money.
The prices are basically between $10 and $15, and the portions are generous. I was very satisfied.
If you want to eat authentic and affordable Chinese noodles, this place is perfect. I will definitely come again.
