This was the worst subway all over united state, everthing depends on staff, but this subway onwer has hired daughter of Mr.Trump & queen Victoria, maybe thats why they don’t follow the instructions and rude, expression less, okay all the things are fine, if you are like that , you have different level of
attitude then you should not hope for tip, at the end when I don’t tip her she was like “HUH”.
Mr. Onwer subway you should change the staff or give them teaching’s to treat all customers happily & equally. I felt so bad and i was thinking maybe i come from different culture thats why she treat like that because i am not white person, right?
This was first&last visit here, I prefer to be hungry instead of eating food from here.

Went in at 4:30pm on 17 Feb. There was only one employee on staff, looking like she was doing the work of 3 people. That said, the store was spotlessly clean (including polished stainless visible all over, it was legit the cleanest subway I’ve ever set foot in), my food was made quickly and the staff member was super friendly.

One of the cleanest stores I have been at , Malissa waited on me and she was very helpful while I was ordering .. Having someone wait on you that seems like she really likes her job and knows what she is doing is Great in the world we live in today !!

If this is what running a business is like, then I have no words. I definitely don’t recommend going to this Subway. The employee has no work ethic or customer appreciation. I don’t know the employee’s name but she was a red head. She told me I had an attitude (which I clearly wasn’t aware of) and that I should go somewhere else. The manager heard her and did nothing about it. Absolutely uncalled for, never going back there again. 0-10 if I could rate that. They are nasty workers

The store I use is only 1 mile from my house, it was convenient.The one in austintown. The one lady with blue hair was not very polite. All the lettuce and spinach was wilted and bruised. The other time I went in it was 10 minutes to closing (7pm) the person with blue hair was very pushy and did not want to make our sandwiches. This last time I went and got turkey sub, I think I food poisoning .

This Subway is part of the BP gas station off of exit 46. The ladies working here have a great sense of humor and shared a laugh with me while they set up my sandwich. The food was great, the place is nice and clean and sometimes they have specials that they post on the door so you can get a sale when you walk in

Terrible management. Like absolutely terrible the manager Nicole asks way too much of her employees. This subway is very understaffed and some of the workers do not care about cleanliness in the back (food prep area). Once again the manager Nicole is absolutely terrible and has no idea what she’s doing I’m sure she’s happy making a career out of managing a subway haha.

8/13/2023 @9:15 a subway rep sits in her car saying they are short staffed and won’t open for another hour as she sports all the subway gear. I think she didn’t want to work. This location seems to always have this issue. So I went to Starbucks instead
