Wide open space with friendly owner and staff. A hearty stuffed cabbage meal a tad bit on the salty side but delicious nonetheless. Soup dumplings was on point.

VERY disappointed in our first time there. The “beer battered” cod tasted odd and the breading was heavy and hard. The owner was extremely rude and condescending when I told her about it before leaving as she had never come to talk to us after we complained to the waitress. She even claimed the waitress offered to take the dinners back, but she had not. She simply kept saying sorry about that. We won’t be back and she told me she didn’t care because she has plenty of customers. Too bad because if she had tried to make it right, I was looking forward to trying her Polish food at a later date. So I just brought it home for my cats to eat, and they turned their noses up to it. Hmmm. Oh, and we waited about 40 minutes for our dinner. I am all for supporting local businesses, but this was shocking and shameful behavior on the part of the owner.

The best lunch! For 8.95 I had a bowl of delicious cream of potato soup, a delicious reuben sandwich and french fries. The reuben was delicious, with real corned beef, not shaved deli meat. Service was very fast!
Now have visited again, this time cream of mushroom soup and Ivana’s salad. Delicious as usual. Friendly service, comfortable atmosphere. In addition to their menu they have a long, diverse list of specials. All homemade.

What an amazing little family restaurant. We were randomly here for santa breakfast, which was wonderful. The food and service were outstanding. The prices are also very reasonable.

I forgot I was here last year. Biscuits and gravy skillet is pretty good, but light on the gravy. They did bring out a side dish of gravy after I asked. Pop’s meat lover skillet was also heavy potatoes and light on the meat.They serve double yolk eggs. Very friendly staff and owner, affordable too. Lots of regular guest streaming through this Sunday morning. They can also accommodate large groups.

Great place to take an early breakfast with the family and friends. In the heart of “Smallville” in Plano, is convenient to stop by and grab a cup of coffee and relax in this comfortable Café. Excellent service and great prices make you want to come back the next time you drive by and stop on your way to work.

Have gone here several times for breakfast. Portions are very big and prices are good for what you get. The owners came over to make sure our experience was good which a a great personal touch. This business also houses products from the Wurst Kitchen – so if you’re looking for fantastic sausages and brats, you don’t have to drive all the way to Aurora to get them.
