Amazed this store is still open. I wish Marion County would get a real pizzeria. Tried the “Big New Yorker” here. Trash. Just a regular pizza cut into less slices. Still chain pizza garbage. Nothing in common with NY pizza.

The owner, general manager, and employees should be ashamed of this establishment. My pizza was DRIPPING grease! And we ordered a 2 liter, paid for it, and they said all the had was a 20oz, only gave us one, how do we share that? And to top it off, they charged us for ranch and forgot to give it to us! Like come on!? Lazy employees

We had ordered a pizza while the sun was setting and when we got there our pizza was still not done. Also a grandma was waiting 2 HOURS YES 2 Hours, y’all probably never gonna get my service ever again ♀️

Pulled up to the drive thru to pick up a pizza and sat there more than 5 mins while people continuously walked past the window. They simply didn’t care that someone was at the window waiting. When someone finally came to the window, I got attitude.

Stopped by to here while traveling to the beach. There was 1 family in there waiting for food. There was only 2 employees in the whole place. One of the employees brought food and pizza to the other family. They never took the time to acknowledge that my family had walked in or even sit down. We waited 10 mins. Another lady walked into the front register and was immediately assisted. Don’t waste your time going here.
