So I normally don’t give a 3 star review, however, I went to pick up my order got someone else food and those customers and I somehow communicated and found out they too got someone else’s food.
Luckily I don’t have any food allergies but it could’ve been the case. So I kept what I had instead of having to drive back that way.

First time ordering from here and I live less than 10 minutes away so I was disappointed having to wait over an hour for my pizza and wings.
Nonetheless, the food was delicious (although the boneless wings REALLY could have been sauced better!) and I got a coupon for a free large pizza, which was nice. 🙂
Also the delivery guy was very polite! I’ve never had a delivery guy address me by my name before.
Overall, will definitely order from here in the future. There’s nowhere else I can get my yummy pretzel crust pizza! :9

We received the wrong order, even though our confirmation clearly shows what we placed. When we brought it up, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, insisting it was our mistake. This is the second time this has happened, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. We will not be returning.they lost customers! Pizza Hut in Benbrook is far better—both in service and reliability.

Ordered delivery. Driver has to open a gate to get in, and yet can’t be bothered to close it as he leaves. Guy saw we had a dog even cared to ask about the dog but yet left the gate open and let my dog out. The pizza was cold and the dr.pepper zero I ordered was a Pepsi zero. When I spoke to them they said we don’t ever serve DP zero. Ok, take it off your menu. They were rude, refused to let me speak to a manager, or provide a corporate number to call. So glad my dog is fine but what a careless human and gross company to have no regard for the customers they deliver to.

Pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and was cut way off center. The slices weren’t even and the pizza was cold when it arrived. The driver that delivered the pizza was nice. After ordering from this location multiple times the pizza has been cut bad on multiple occasions and occasionally cold. The drives have always been great though. Definitely needs some improvement w/product quality.

If you love Pizza Hut, great — but do yourself a favor and drive to the other side of Fort Worth or literally any other Pizza Hut in the DFW area if you want your food in a timely manner. I’ve been to this location in person before and it took over 30 minutes for a basic order. Today I made the mistake of DoorDashing lunch, and three separate Dashers canceled because it was taking so long. Over an hour and a half for a single pizza melt — the smallest, cheapest item on the menu. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time for me and three delivery drivers. Do better.

The appetizer I got was good but the pizza looked like someone had taken and a slice and tried to fix it. Disordered and jumbled, we paid for bacon topping on the pizza but barely got any bacon. Would not order from here again.
