Tropical Smoothie Cafe of Patchogue is consistently a great spot for fresh, delicious smoothies and food. Everything is always made well, tastes great, and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Orders are accurate, service is quick, and the quality is reliable every time I come in.
I do want to specifically mention Jay, who really stands out as an employee who cares. He’s friendly, professional, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. It’s clear he puts effort into his work and treats people with respect, which makes the overall experience even better without being over the top.
Overall, this location does an excellent job from start to finish. Great products, great service, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend stopping by.

I left my wallet here a few months ago and I got a message saying I dropped it and was left for the workers to hold on for me and my money was safe and I ended up getting a smoothie and food and it was the most delicious thing ived ever had I ended up ordering a Mango monsoon and a wrap and I tipped them 20 dollers for keeping my wallet safe and I will be going back because that was the best thing I ever had i recommend the staff is amazing and food is top notch

I have been to this location at random times throughout the years since they opened. I recall from awhile ago that my order always took awhile. I went recently and again my order took a long time. It seems it’s not the workers fault but management as they are under staffed. So confusing how they can’t have more staff when they charge $7 for a smoothie.
