My friend invited my boyfriend and I to a birthday dinner that would happen at The Cheesecake Factory. I wasn’t expecting a Tuesday evening to be so busy but it worked out as my friend made a reservation in advance. I appreciate that they will let you sit despite not having the full party present as some places are strict about having everyone present. We were served by Lindsay W that night and she was phenomenal. She would check in on us several times to ensure that refills, potential orders or any needs were met. Additionally, she was super sweet to our birthday girl and had a great sense of humor. This was my boyfriend’s first time dining in at The Cheesecake Factory and he was overwhelmed by all the different types of food but a good amount of the other guests had the same issue so we did take some time to order. But we were given bread while we were browsing which was nice.
I ordered the Reese’s special with their chicken salad sandwich with their cream of chicken with artichoke hearts and mushrooms soup while my boyfriend got their chicken parmesan sandwich (a popular pick at the table). The food was really good and plentiful! I really enjoyed my soup, salad and sandwich. The chicken salad tasted wonderfully refreshing and flavorful. My boyfriend said his chicken parmesan sandwich was good but he did mention that it hurt the roof of his mouth and that he wasn’t really able to eat much more. He doesn’t really speak up about issues when we dine in so we didn’t get to mention it to Lindsay or a manager, and she started getting more and more busy as the night went on as it seemed like everyone wanted to dine in today. For dessert, we got their Very Cherry Chocolate cheesecake for their dessert which was tart and delicious. Overall, a good experience for everyone at the table and my boyfriend’s first time but might avoid the chicken parmesan sandwich unless you’re okay with scraping the roof of your mouth.

First time eating here and oh my the food was delicious!!! Best food I’ve had. I usually just stop by to get cheesecake but this time we stayed to have dinner and the 45 min wait was worth it. Our waitress was awesome too. Overall 10/10 🙂

I visited the The Cheesecake Factory on Saturday night (02/21/2026), and it was such a great experience overall. The restaurant was extremely busy — there was a long line of people waiting when we arrived — so I’m very glad I made a reservation ahead of time. Even with the reservation, we still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated, but considering how packed it was, that felt very reasonable.
One of the things I love most about The Cheesecake Factory is their huge menu selection. It’s honestly impressive. They offer such a wide variety of dishes — steaks, seafood, pasta, Asian-inspired options, burgers, salads, sandwiches, brunch items, and of course their famous cheesecakes. It really feels like there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for something hearty and rich or lighter and healthier. The hardest part is deciding what to order because there are just so many tempting choices!
This time, I ordered the Steak Diane, Miso Salmon, and a Passionfruit Mojito. Every single item was delicious. The Steak Diane was cooked perfectly and came with a rich, flavorful sauce that really elevated the dish. It was tender, juicy, and very satisfying. The Miso Salmon was equally impressive — perfectly cooked, moist, and full of that sweet and savory miso flavor. It tasted fresh and well-balanced, not too heavy but still very satisfying.
The Passionfruit Mojito was refreshing and beautifully presented. It had just the right balance of sweetness and citrus, making it a perfect pairing with both dishes. It felt light and tropical, which was a nice contrast to the richness of the steak.
Despite how busy it was, the atmosphere felt lively and energetic, which made it a fun place to spend a Saturday night. The overall experience — from the variety of the menu to the quality of the food — made the short wait completely worth it.
I would definitely recommend making a reservation if you plan to visit on the weekend. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying even more items from their extensive menu!

We ended up being seated on the patio area in early September in 75 degree weather it was perfect. Inside at 1:30 pm it was loud and busy, it’s to be expected. It would be best to reserve seating as it does get packed. Look at the menu at home via their website! They have so many food to choose from. Our waitress was very pleasant and we had a great time at the Cheesecake Factory.

Even 7pm Friday night, they still don’t disappoint. Kitchen was on point, food was as i remember, amazing
the wait staff, stressed but still smiling and friendly, thank you for seating us in a timely manner.

I just love to come here to dine its not because 2 of my older kids work there either because a majority of the workers didn’t know I was their mother n let me just tell yall the food here is amazing,it came rather quick n the proportions of food perfect (sum times u go to a nice place to eat n b4 u get home ur hungry again!?) Not here I had left overs! Lastly the service is on point, ALL the staff were friendly and egar to get us whatever we needed to enjoy our meal it was just a all around great dinner I will defintly be back again soon.

celebrated our one year washington anniversary with the brush on Saturday. waitress in the bar area was great. only problem with my chicken and waffles was that the syrup was pre buttered. didn’t care for the taste and left me feeling like man if I had plain syrup I would have completed my plate but since the butter is in the syrup once it began hardening it wasn’t good. sorry I’m a slow eater

We recently visited Cheesecake Factory for dinner and started with the Spinach and Artichoke Dip appetizer, which was delicious. However, the main courses didn’t quite live up to expectations. We ordered the Meatloaf, Pineapple Chicken, and Shrimp, but the shrimp was overly sweet and not very impressive. The Kids Pasta and Evelyn’s Pasta were both pretty bland, lacking in seasoning and flavor. Overall, the food was just average, and while the appetizer was great, the main dishes could use some improvement.
