I wish I would’ve took a picture of the Tostada de Ceviche de camarón too but I devoured all the food so fast it was just too good! The portion of the tostada was super generous and the flavor was AMAZING. At this taco truck they have also been doing Mexican street tacos, where they hand make each corn tortilla on the spot and they let you top your tacos with all the salsas and toppings you want. I also stick to asada and they were the best. Super picky about my asada meat and they’re very traditional with SO much flavor! This food truck is great sober or tipsy!! A MUST TRY!

Ordering seafood from a food truck, how crazy can you be. Except my husband had the Eric the Barber and I had the fish and the shrimp tacos. Both were perfectly fresh. Super flavorful. The outdoor area was beautiful this evening. And the fish and shrimp tacos were crisp and hot and lovely. Will definitely be back. Sorry we didn’t have pictures, we were too hungry and it was too good.

Real quality happens here “PERIOD” Pulled up at Porta Rossa. Food trucks are a dime a dozen nowadays. The level these guys take their seafood is BEYOND most restaurants. Moreover, the environment is above boards clean, you can tell because it’s brightly lit and organized. No doubt about it. This the food truck to hit. My fam enjoyed La Baja! Try it for yourself and get some good eats.

Ordered the Shrimp Cocktail and Baja Style Fish tacos. They were completely Baja Style authentic and were extremely delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked, not greasy, came with everything a perfect fish taco should have on CORN tortillas. The medium size cocktail was packed with shrimp , came with crackers and my husband was extremely happy. We are from Los Angeles/San Diego and it felt wonderful to have west coast fresh seafood Mexican food.
