Big Papas is awesome. It’s a neat building with incredible staff working there.

I can’t talk too much about food as all I ate was Mozzarella sticks but they were delicious. Others in my group had other things and really enjoyed them.

The staff were exceptionally friendly- Aurora, JT, and a gentleman checking IDs and things that I didn’t catch his name. Great customer service and super friendly.

For live music – the sound rocks. The sound guy was wonderful

Absolutely fun and inviting atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and I really felt like I was a valued customer there. I highly recommend going to see the EDM shows that pop in from time to time.

It’s always a joy going to this place. Don’t live in twin but, My husband plays shows here every once in a while. It’s my favorite out of any of the bars I’ve been to there.

27Jan2023 = great night of comedy for $15 entry with Luke Severeid.

They’ll search & check ID at the door, so maybe try not to have all your pockets full of stuff like I did.

Seated at the bar, not once did any of the staff ask if I wanted anything, so I guess you have to be pretty pushy and yell at them here, which ain’t my style, so I just enjoyed the show.

Plus they looked confused for each order they brought out on who it was supposed to go to, maybe organization is still in beta here.

Maybe they were short staffed, like the rest of the world, but I didn’t see a help wanted sign anywhere…

They have a sweet table built on top of an old bicycle, pretty nice looking bar with fancy lighting, a couple billiards tables, and a decent stage, good acoustics with the show.

I’ll be back.

I attended a show at Big Papas last night where my fiancé was opening for Unconventional Kings. I have to say I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior coming from the business owner before. He was cussing at all of the performers that were kind fully trying to help him with the sound check, and used racial slurs towards one of the performers. He was extremely racist, extremely unprofessional, and I will never be stepping foot in that building again.

Had a great time listening to live beats. Lots of space for dancing. The food was more a long the lines fried appetizers, decent amount for the $. There was 1 person running the bar side and taking orders. However she did great!

Decent staff for the most part, with the few exceptions worth mentioning. We came a distance to see The Bunny The Bear and I’ve never seen a notable band be treated so poorly by a venue. They recieved absolutely no sound check, despite being the headliner (the opening local bands got one) and when the band requested one mid show due to being unable to hear themselves and the venue provided equipment wasn’t advanced enough to accommodate all their awesome electronic mixes onstage- instead of working with them I witnessed firsthand the “venue manager” throw the ultimate toddler tantrum which ended the show after only 5 songs. I’ll DEFINITELY be supporting The Bunny The Bear in the future because they were NOT in the wrong. I however, do not ever see myself supporting this completely unprofessional venue ever again. Completely disrespectful to bands trying to help put this extremely new venue on the map. We don’t get nearly enough music in this area so this sort of behavior was disappointing to say the least. Do better.
