I went this past Saturday to get a pizza for my brother. I ordered the big New Yorker. I paid like 14 dollars for what was supposed to be a 10.00 pizza. I requested as my one side extra cheese. The pizza was horrible. There was nothing big about it and I paid for the extra cheese and didn’t get it. The worst pizza ever. Don’t plan on going there again

This is unfortunately the closest Pizza Hut to our house. I’ve tried to give it a chance but it’s honestly getting worse. He customer service is absolute garbage and I normally don’t review places unless they are THAT bad. Tonight, the ma at the cash register took the cake. He was incredibly rude. The staff was just joking and talking in the back and I had to call out for someone to event come to the front and then I get that guy. We have some dietary issues and I always specify to go light on the sauce, and they always ignore it. They often don’t give you an incomplete order, disregard dietary need requests, and treat customers absolutely horribly. This location should be shut down or a change in management is needed.

Terrible service by the Manager Carmen and smaller covid pizza excuse.
We ordered 3 large pizzas all sealed for $31. Got home opened the boxes and the pizzas were all medium sized once we opened them trusting they were large.
We called the store again and asked to speak to the manager Carmen at evening shift on Sunday, we told them to please refund us the money or at least charge us for 3 medium sized pizzas and she told us that we had to drive back with the unsealed opened pizzas to return them to get a refund. How the heck are you gonna return opened pizzas to sell them again.
She wouldn’t help us at all. Worst pizza service in Hialeah, never ordering there again.
Mind as well go to Pizza Scene down the road or Anthony’s in Miami Lakes.

This pizza hut hasn’t had a Google review in years and it’s time for one.
They NEVER get the order right!!!
You have to order carry out and come in person to check (as I usually do) and this will be the last time I check because they continue to get it wrong and it’s frustrating waiting 20 more minutes for the correct pizza while the rest of the order is getting cold.
Absolutely NOTHING has changed since the reviews from years ago until now and I’m sure no manager reads this, cares and nothing will ever be done to correct this inconvenience.

Ordered online, states deliver will be 25-35 mins with arrival time of 916pm. When contacted the store, the guy who picks up the phone automatically assumes I speak Spanish. Sure why not! I ask regarding delivery arrival time and he said no it’s still here, it’s leaving the store now (916pm which was supposed to be the delivery time). However for everyone that is Cuban, knows that “now” means in 30 mins. And god forbid you don’t tip while ordering, probably never get the pizza.

We just left this Pizza Hut and I cannot tell you how happy we left. We left pleased with our service and we were beyond happy with the wonderful lady that took care of us. It was fast and food was delicious. I wish we would’ve had cash to tip because they really did an excellent job in making sure we were taken care of and our order was right. This is the first time in YEARS that I order from Pizza Hut and it will be the last, at least from this location. I called regarding an order and it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone. They were beyond rude! They kept on putting my call on hold when it would ring back to them. After over 10 minutes of waiting and calling back, someone FINALLY answered the phone and, just when I started talking, put me back on hold.
The curbside pick-up is a joke. They are supposed to come to your car and deliver the pizza so that everything is contactless, but that didn’t happen. If I waited any longer, I would have rot in my car. Apparently, others know this because there were quite a few people standing in front of their restaurant.
Lastly, the pizza itself was badly cut – slanted. The smallest slice was half the size of the biggest slice. Also, they are very cheap with their toppings. Our pizza looked nothing like the one pictured with a decent amount of pepperoni and sausage.
With all these bad reviews, how is it possible that no one has done something about their bad customer service? Does Pizza Hut not care that they are giving their brand a horrible name?

Very disappointed in the customer service of this place. I called at exactly 11:12 PM and spoke to a young lady who placed my order for carryout. I made my way to the location 15 minutes after my order was placed when it would be ready only for them to tell me it was closed. We wait outside while we wait for someone to answer the phone and finally was able to get through to Erick. We told Erick what happened and he told us that the location was closed for carryout. We explained to him that we had placed an order at 11:12 PM with a young lady and she told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. He hung up the phone on us. We called again to place an order for delivery because we honestly just wanted our pizza and Erick answered again and he told us that we had to have a minimum subtotal of $18 which wouldn’t even be met by a large pizza ($16) and a soda ($1.99). After re-explaining that we were supposed to have an order for pick up, he hung up the phone on us. We called from a different phone number and Erick answered again, after giving him my address, I assume he remembered it was us and he placed us on hold. We called while on the line with another phone and he took our order with attitude. The delivery guy came to deliver the pizza and it was the same guy who told us the store was closed. He was upset about not giving him a tip and gave us attitude at our HOUSE which is beyond disrespectful and uncalled for. Something has to be done about the horrible customer service & call center that is offered by Pizza Hut. It should not be this difficult or frustrating to order a single large pizza. At the end, I had a horrible experience and paid a total of $31 for something that was supposed to be only $16.

You can’t get a non-soggy pizza from this location. I live right around the corner from them so it has nothing to do with distance. I even indicate under “Special Instructions” to make it “Well done” but I think they take as a compliment rather than instructions. Every time I order, it’s like soup.

It didn’t taste bad, but in no way, shape or form did it taste like a good old Pizza Hut supreme. There was barely green peppers or veggies that give it the crisp and flavor. I just spent $27 on one stuffed crust supreme including a $3.85 tip and I was left feeling super ripped off. Times are a changing and the quality of work and production are going so down hill and sucking. I’ve been ordering there since it probably opened and I haven’t in a while. I was craving a Pizza Hut supreme and now I wish I would’ve just drove to Taco Bell for half the price. Don’t want to be a Karen, but really disappointed that such a childhood staple for the past 40 years produced what I ate tonight for $27 in total.
