We always have a great experience having dinner here. The doneness of the steak is always perfect, and the service is consistently amazing, even during busy times. I’ve never had anything to complain about.

Came here for a date night and left disappointed. We came on a Tuesday night so not too busy and we were sat right away. Our server didn’t check up on us and we paid using the QR code and she must not have been impressed with her tip because she finally stopped by to tell us “I see you checked out online, goodbye” we never tip badly but we didn’t tip 20% tonight because she never checked on us and my steak wasn’t good.
I ordered the 7 pepper steak because they said it was good. I ordered it as medium rare, she repeated it back but it came out as well done. Very disappointing, it was so tough to chew I didn’t even finish it. I never got the opportunity to tell my server because she never checked on us. The mashed potato’s also didn’t taste very good. The Cesar salad needed more dressing and the bread they brought out is plain. We did get the Wild West shrimp appetizer and that was good, the shrimp were crispy and very flavorful! We liked those so much and devoured them. My fiancé ordered the filet also medium rare and his came out perfectly, it was tender and flavorful. Wish I would have ordered that.
You are better off going to Texas Roadhouse, at least there the sever checks on you and they don’t over cook your steak. I won’t be coming back.

So I went there tonight, and sat at the bar. I do have to say that it took over 20 minutes for me to get any attention, and that was because at that point, I had stopped someone and requested a drink and a menu.
At that point, my server explained they were very busy, and short staff….. the story you get every single time you go to a steakhouse, of course lol
But she would do her best to get to me as soon as she could.
She did bring me my mango tea, drink and explain that they had ran out of sugar, so I needed it a couple sugar packets.
It took about another 10 minutes or so to get my order, I was very thankful for the tea and the fresh bread she had brought along with it.
My order did take about 30 minutes to complete, I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken as you can see in the photos.
And when my waitress Nicole gave me my check, which was soon after she took my order, she had explained that she did not charge me for my drink because she wasn’t happy with how long it took me to get noticed
Soooooo, with all the problems and all the complications and the lengthy time I was there… ⏰ I have to say I could’ve, and probably would’ve given it one less star. But for my waitress Nicole being so thoughtful and kind Longhorn gets one extra *due to her professionalism

Ordered for pickup – curbside is all that’s available. A big bag of food comes out, a quick drop off and the person is back inside. Looks like everything is there, but how do I know unless I take it all out, check it, put it all back together?

If you’re going to force me into curbside pickup, DO BETTER – otherwise, allow me to come inside so I can check your work in the warmth and with the space necessary.

Poor service at the bar. Had to flag someone every time I needed something. While my glass sat empty and they flew by not even looking my way. But other customers next to me got more attentive service for whatever reason???

Swankier atmosphere than your typical chain steakhouse restaurant. Portions are absolutely enormous. The French onion soup was a literal meal in itself. They did not skimp on the cheese and there was a layer of piled onto the bread which covered the perfectly caramelized onions. Corn was fresh and a lighter side than the heavier options that they offered. Steak was cooked perfectly and well-seasoned.

Food was 15+ minutes late. Get home only to realize an entire dish is missing. They clearly took the phone off the hook as it wouldn’t even ring though. Drive back for item.
Get home to eat, have to re-heat everything. Only to realize the meal is burnt. Damn near un-eatable. Sides were good though.
Get to the dessert only to realize components were missing. Overall an EXTREMELY disappointing meal, waste of money. Does not make me want to go back.

Flavorful steak. The signature sides here are delicious as well. Got the mac and cheese. She got the Brussel sprouts. Today, Jose made our first time at this steakhouse really enjoyable. I see what another reviewer is saying about the carpets, but we didn’t get a seat there tonight… nice spot across from the bar. Good night out
