So I will start off with I called about a week before my birthday last min and the owner called me back a few days before my birthday we were able to get a table for two being it was a super short notice and his restaurant was all ready booked to full capacity. The service was out of this would the food melted in your mouth. I don’t know what took so long for me to book a reservation other then sometimes things slip my mind and time passes. Well this will definite was the best restaurant by far in the town of PC if you want authentic Italian food and can’t afford to travel to Italy her is your place. Everything from the wine to the dinner down to dessert I definitely went to heaven thank you again for getting a table for me at the shortest notice it definitely ment a lot to me my birthday dinner with my wife was beyond amazing words can’t describe how great your restaurant the food and atmosphere is.

This is a one in a trillion kind of establishment. Top tier and all about the authentic Italian experience. Reservations are must! This restaurant makes you feel like your at a private event. From the moment you enter they give careful attention you & all of your needs. Our hostess/water was extremely confident in their ability to meet all of our dinning needs including making suggesting and making sure of any food allergies. I can definitely appreciate that since our son has a nut allergy. He was impressed himself that they asked about allergies. They have daily specials. All dishes made to order including the fresh and flavorful cezar salad that is made table side. The best cezar salad I have ever had! All pastas are cooked to perfection. Every bite is the best bite. Delectable desserts options that are very impressive. If youvare I’m this area or not, YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION ASAP. You will not be disappointed!

The atmosphere is very relaxing and cozy. It is a perfect local date night destination. Our appetizer was fresh mozzarella with tomatoes bursting with flavor. I ordered risotto with sautéed shrimp and it was cooked to perfection and the risotto was bursting with flavor. I am from south Alabama, so I am very particular about how shrimp is prepared and I have to say this dish was exquisite. My boyfriend ordered the veal with linguini. He enjoyed very much but wished it was a larger portion. For dessert we had the vanilla chocolate cherry gelato, which really hit the spot. Cappuccino did not even need any sugar, it was so good. Our waiter was Dillion and he did an amazing job. The owner came to the table and greeted us, which is very rare, but made a great impression on us. The restaurant was very clean and sanitary. This is definitely going to be our favorite Italian local restaurant for date night.

We’ve wondered about this place with the great reviews and very unassuming building for some time – and tonight my wife surprised me with a visit on my birthday!
The staff here are incredibly friendly and all involved with each table’s meal. I believe we interacted several times with at least 5-6 employees. It’s a little unusual to have different people showing up at your table telling you about various specials, serving individual courses to you from a serving dish, etc. but they make it work.
(They also sung happy birthday to me )
Our meals were delicious and I believe all made from scratch. It’s one of those places where you want to try everything on the menu, but you probably can’t go wrong no matter what you choose. The menu is relatively small, which is probably how they’ve perfected and made everything so great.
It’s pricey but worth it – you get what you pay for, in a good way. So it’s not a cheap, casual dining experience – but highly recommended for special occasions. The dining room is small and they only take reservations, so be sure to call/plan ahead.
The appetizers, entrees and desserts were all among the best we’ve had in Flagler County and we can’t wait to go back and try more menu items.
Highly recommended – try this place soon, you’ll be glad you did.

We have been celebrating at Osteria for over 10 years. The food is exceptional. The atmosphere is unique and private. Reservations are highly recommended due to the unique and personal atmosphere. Found this gem hidden away in a secluded corner which took me back to living in Italy. Pleasantly surprised & delighted with its old country charm, cozy 8 tables and personal attention from chef and staff. It is fine dining, white table cloth, napkin over the arm and excellent service. As I discovered it by accident, I wasnt “dressed” to sit down & enjoy, so I asked if I could takeaway and they graciously prepared as if I were seated being served.
Got home, “pretty plated” and ate outside. Good sized portions. From the first bite was impressed. First, the smell of fresh herbs and fresh made in house tomato sauce was incredible. We both had the Raviolini Dell Osteria Al Aragosta with fresh in house made ravioli stuffed with lobster, topped with shrimp. Delicious from first bite to cleaning the sauce with the housemade bread. We also had the tiramisu. A delicate presentation of chocolate, coffee & melt in your mouth deliciousness.
My best discovery this week! Genuine Italian cooking, cozy trattoria atmosphere, excellent service and tucked away in a quiet little corner is a perfect location for an intimate (small) special occasion, date night or just make reservation for authentic Italian dining.
First impressions are memorable & will most definitely recommend (and return) to enjoy the menu in house.
There isnt an “order online” “pick up/delivery” option, but chef says if you call to make an order for pick up and you get the voice mail…leave a message so they can plan & prepare your order for pick up. Its a small restaurant – totally worth it. Grazie mille

Recommended to eat here by a friend who is a fantastic chef and Italian gourmand. We were not disappointed. We were wonderfully welcomed in and enjoyed the atmosphere, in the small but quaint, quiet corner restaurant with soft music playing. Floriano and the rest of the staff were fantastic. They told us about the menu and the specials and what would be good choices for the evening. The gnocchi appetizer was fantastic as were our entrées of rigatoni Alfredo, ravioli and the veal scallopini. I’ve been to Italy as well as many real Italian family restaurants across the country. This was a fantastic Italian meal on par with anywhere else around the world. We can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

We walked in and checked availability and the staff seated us immediately with the caveat that their reservations were very full. Despite the busy time period, the staff were very attentive and amicable. The dishes were fantastic, especially the Limoncello cake! My only regret is that they had run out of the Tiramisu! Worth at least one visit and I would say you might agree with me that you’ll want to come back!
