Came here for lunch today. Food was phenominal!! I ordered the Famous Nashville hot Mac n Cheese Bowl meal and cheese curds, those were super good and gooey. One of my new favorites. However customer serice was much to be desired. Not only were they rude, they also were on their phones and not paying attention. I really tried to stay mad but the food was amazing so I decided to come back for dinner. I thought the customer service was bad before… when I came back I literally got the same thing. This KFC changes after dark. Not only did the customer service deminish more but the food was a full 180. Not to mention they only gave 4 cheese curds opposed to the 9 I got before I wouldn’t be mad if it wasn’t $3.18 for four small pieces, over soggy cheese. Went in to resolve it and got met with a stern nod and no resolution. Terribly unsatisfied.

I got an order for regular chicken sandwich and the chicken didn’t even have enough mayo on it to cover the sandwich, it was dressed like nobody bothered and the chicken sandwich was disgusting and had no flavor & my fries were old and too crunchy and dry to even enjoy. ((The fries on the right were from the original order and the ones on the left were from the new order))
I paid for another order of fries and they came out looking good and fresh which is weird why they couldn’t make it fresh the first time. I had to ask them twice to get me an order of new fries because they didn’t give it to me the first time, but the manager on duty was nice enough to comply so that’s a plus. but the sandwich and fries were just not that good.

I’ve been eating here for a few years now, the chicken is the best ever! All other kFC’s can learn something from these people! The only complaints I have is the sides. The mashed potatoes are good! The macaroni is horrible, and lately the coleslaw is not good, it used to be the best but not now! It’s simple as that!

On different occasions I visited this place and the times I visited the young man Ben was great, the drive through he was there and he made me feel good he was polite and has a great personality.. His benignity brought warmed me up..
Another encounter with him I came inside and he was the cook and saw everyone was busy and he came to take my order he was knowledgeable about things and was very friendly and patient with me, I also witnessed him not get frustrated with rude customer after me;
Anyway food was fresh and good..

I went yesterday to KFC to pick up at 12 piece bucket of chicken to go along with my black eyed peas and cabbage. The 12-piece extra crispy it’s not good. It was not very good at all chicken has been sitting in the warmer a long time one of the pieces in the bucket a breast was cold and the other pieces or just barely warm also the chicken itself was very dry no moisture at all. Apparently it was overcooked and left to sit and the warming trays too long.

I purchase 2 p. Chicken with side. This was the greasiest chicken ever. What are they doing leaving the chicken soaking in the oil. And the Mac and cheese was not good. I ended up throwing it away. Never again

I ordered a 16 piece family order . The cashier Deiara was very attentive, she made sure my order was accurate and even found me a coupon to save money. ♥️made this a great experience.
