Tried this spot for the first time and LOVED it! The happy hour specials were , sushi and rolls were super fresh , and the service was on point . Perfect place to chill with friends and enjoy great food. Definitely coming back!

Good service and the sushi tasted pretty good too. I got the baked salmon (midnight sun) roll. It was a little heavy on the garlic aioli and crispy onion, so it took away from the taste of the roll itself and made it pretty soggy. I would probably try again, but get a lighter sushi option.

The quality of the fish is consistently fresh, the flavors are spot-on, and you can tell the chef puts real care into every dish. The rolls have the perfect balance of creativity and authenticity—nothing gimmicky, just genuinely great food.

I came here for the first time even though I passed by daily, multiple times a day. I ordered online to make it easy for myself.
My to-go order was complete and ready for pickup by the time stated on the app. Everything tasted good and fresh.

Great service! Yummy food! Come during happy hour! 3pm – closing Monday through Friday! So good and worth the stop. I listened to Disney music and enjoyed the salmon lovers and spicy crunch tuna rolls during a bad day. I felt like myself when I left. So good!

Sat @ Sushi Bar, James waiter excellent service, suggesting dishes like the Spicy Garlic Edamami OMG AWESOME! The Sashimi Hamachi EXCELLENT I had 2 orders, and one of my faves finally a Sushie place that can make the BEST SALMON SKIN HANDROLL OFF THE CHAIN! Update july 2023: just not the same. Didn’t even finish our rolls as they weren’t good. Not the same quality it used to be. Even the spicy edamame has changed. It’s sweet now, not spicy.
We definitely visited the Cypress location, not another location. These are the original photos from when we first started going. We don’t even recognize the rolls anymore.
We love this place! Great happy hour prices. Where else can you get a HUGE glass of wine for under $5? Our favorites are the Crazy Boy, Albacore Delight, Pompei, Vegas, Twin Dragon and Firecracker! My boys love the tempura shrimp, spicy edamame and of course miso soup! Enjoy!!

Love the sushi here especially during happy hour. If my husband asks where I want to go and eat I always say Fish in a Bottle. I love there new feature of the digital hands free menu. It’s always very clean and the food is very fresh.
