been a Panera fan for a while so I expect a good experience, but at this point I don’t really expect to be impressed. This particular location has become a regular spot for me. The staff there is consistently friendly and my orders are accurate 99.99% of the time. I often get veggie sandwiches and I really appreciate that they are generous with the veggies. That .01% where I did have an issue, I called and spoke with the manager Evan and he immediately offered to fix it Another manager was on duty when I went in, but there was no hassle and she went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve also encountered other managers/leads who also seem eager to just take care of you. It’s an attitude that trickles down to the cashiers, the prep and the cleaning staff as well. Because of my background, I’m pretty sensitive to customer service and I notice the extra efforts they take to make customers feel special (not just me). That said, I have to say they’ve impressed me over the past few months.

Very disappointed in Panera’s new advertised sandwich, French Ciabatta Dipper. Garlic aoli and both cheeses had conflicting taste and how does the sandwich I received match what was advertised…scant serving. Also note how one cannot dip the sandwich the whole point of a “Dipper”! Terrible meal and one no one should be ordering.

Amazing service on this location. Staff are quite friendly and respectful. They go out of their way to call you and address you by name. Service and turnaround time is good too. Visit the Panera in Cherry Hill. Shout out to TJ.

Always there’s something wrong in the sandwich. Missing egg, turn black avocado or something. I don’t get it at all. If complaining u want a free meal or free treat. No No No I don’t need your free meal I need my meal is right not free food. I order breakfast for 4 or 5 people a couple of times a week, ok? Just make that’s make me sick. If you’re getting a deal on an added baked good/dessert, don’t get the brownie bite. I made the mistake and realized it was literally a tiny thing almost a quarter of the size of the regular brownie. Can’t recall if they offered the regular brownie. Need to go back and check, bc if not, that’s a huge disappointment. 1.49 or so for a tiny bite sized dessert versus the good sized brownie.

Mobile ordered and walked in after 10 minutes. The food and drink were ready for pickup on the Rapid Pick-Up shelves. There are many indoor seatings (tables and booths) and quite a few outdoor seatings (along two sides of the building). The charged Mango Yuzu Citrus lemonade was great to start a day. The Value Duet was a good option to have half chicken sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle soup altogether.

My order was supposed to be ready at 9:27, but it wasn’t. I received an email at 9:29 saying it was ready, but when I came to the store, it wasn’t. The girl near the kiosk told me rudely that if it’s not there, it’s not ready. I tried to explain that I already got the email, and she told me to go ask myself because the order wasn’t ready. Then I went to ask somewhere else, and my order was already there, ready — they just hadn’t placed it at the kiosk. So what’s the point of online orders and the kiosk then? After all this, I finally got my order around 9:41

Ordered there bbq pulled pork sandwich to go a few minutes ago. I paid $3.00 for bacon add on. They left it off the sandwich. So, not recommended
