This is by far the second best Starbucks I’ve been to. The main thing I like about it is the big open lobby with plenty of seating and good comfortable seating as seen in the pictures! Along with that plenty of charging ports/outlets. It also was never too busy or crowded every time I came here. Staff is friendly. Drinks are good.
Cons: Bathroom requires code. Drive through does get pretty backed up.

This morning I went thru the drive thru and that beautiful woman standing out there smiling all the time her name is Lana she has an incredible personality and her customer service is on point! Victoria was at the window in the morning shout out to her for always making people feel welcomed while still moving the drive thru quickly! You girls are the reason why I choose this store! Thank you ladies for the beautiful smiles and warm welcomes you two are both Stars in my eyes!

I was reading the previous reviews , what I noticed is this particular location is huge inside lot room to wait comfortably chairs, and big tables so the is a very busy location…. But what I doesn’t help is the drive true a big line I didn’t notice is actually 2 lines one for starbucks and other one for a oil change next to it …. Our family rarely goes to Starbucks, but the kids asked to stop by yesterday so we gave it a try. The associate at the counter was polite, but several things went wrong. We made two separate orders — the first was fine, but the second was confusing from the start.
We didn’t receive a receipt, which became a problem when we waited 15–20 minutes and realized our order wasn’t correct. When we went back to the counter, the associate printed the receipt and we saw that one of the items our kids wanted had never been entered.
Another issue was with my wife’s drink. She specifically asked for plant-based milk because she cannot tolerate regular cow’s milk. The staff confirmed they would use almond milk, but based on her reaction afterward, it’s clear cow’s milk was used. That was the biggest disappointment and made us feel we shouldn’t have visited Starbucks at all.
Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

This Starbucks is located in the Lowe’s/Costco shopping center on Central/Dexter that includes a drive thru and spacious lobby. I had a great experience at this location. The store is super clean and organized, the staff was working hard on this busy Saturday morning. My drink was as expected.

I’m pretty strictly a drive-through customer, coming most evenings I work 3-5 times a week. The staff here is extremely friendly. They took the time to learn my name and regular orders. Nice messages on the cups, and everything is always prepared perfectly. Additionally, even when the drive through looks like it’s packed, the wait times are minimal, they must be working pretty efficiently behind the scenes.

This location is big inside and always seems to be busy! Especially at the drive thru. The staff are not rude but not overly friendly and I would definitely say not welcoming if anything. The food is always great and comes out quick, the staff are constantly working hard when I work at this location. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the bathroom is always consistently dirty. The sinks are nasty, the floor is not mopped, toilets not wiped. Additionally, staff don’t seem to be welcoming (could be because they are busy but this has also been consistent)

This location is always SLAMMED (not their fault obviously) so depending on what time of day you go you could be waiting quite a while for your order. But they always make it great. If there’s ever an issue with my drink, they’re quick to fix it.
