Ordered carryout and entered the lobby. Cashier gave me incorrect change, shorting me by a dollar. Although there were no customers at the store, I had to wait to pay cash for my order because there was only one point of sale occupied by phone orders. Pizza had no sauce on it even when ordering extra sauce.

Needs to be a 0-star rating. We walked in the store and not one employee was seen or heard. We yelled out towards the back but NOBODY answered. We could have stolen everything in there (but didnt). So we had no food or drink to rate and service was non-existant.

I come here like once a month. I like to eat at the restaurant, super supreme recently made is so delicious. I hate delivery cause it takes so, so, so long.
This is the 1st time I got all the fixings, even a plate. I told a very nice lady, this is the 1st time I get this. She said it’s under new management.

i have been going to this Pizza Hut for a while now, i love the drive thru and the customer service i receive when i go. the food is usually good, but whoever was working around 10 pm on 9/7 put their whole soul into the pizza and pasta me and my husband usually order. the food was so good i had to leave a review!

Husband went in around 9pm on 9/24 ordered some wings and a mushroom, pepperoni and onion pizza and once he got back to our motel room this is what we got. At 1st it looked it just like they put extra cheese on it but once I took a slice I realized that it had no sauce. We were so hungry and tired after a long hot day at Nascar we just ate it.

Phenomenal- the staff here is always extremely kind, going the extra mile, and it’s ABSOLUTELY AMAZING for the price- always super hot and fresh, wonderful ingredients, cheese strings gooping up off of the slide as all pizza should; there’s an air of friendliness and camaraderie, a campy 90’s film usually playing, and a calm atmosphere for a wonderful meal.

Very good dine-in experience. They messed up one pizza and made me another free. Pizza was delicious. Only thing is give the place some atmosphere. Not a lot to look forward to with concrete floors and sheet metal side. Remember the good ole days with carpet and red candles?

I recently ordered a chicken pizza at this Pizza Hut location, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We found a hair in the pizza, and when we addressed it with the person who served us (a man with a cap), his behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
The hair was very obviously not ours, as it matched his hair’s length and color. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, he argued with us in an extremely disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, he quickly threw the pizza in the trash, likely realizing it was his hair and fearing being held accountable.
We then requested a refund from another staff member, who was polite and offered to make a new pizza. However, the same rude employee came back aggressively, told us to leave the store, and continued his unacceptable behavior.
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Employees must have basic customer service skills and know how to interact respectfully with patrons. Pizza Hut should ensure they hire individuals with manners and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
I would not recommend this location to anyone until significant improvements are made.
