I ordered food and waited 50 minutes to go pick it up. Arrived at this Waffle House and was ignored by employees even though my food had been ready. One girl continued to make eye contact and not check on us and continue to laugh with the crew. It was pickup only. I lightly knocked on the window to get their attention after waiting another 12 minutes. Employees are going to get rude and nasty with me because I did that and say don’t give her that food. You just lost a regular customer and all of my respect for the Franchise itself. This place is worse than McDonald’s. These employees need an attitude adjustment. Especially after leaving a good tip for pickup and you making time and a half for Christmas. Retire if you dislike your job. You would be better living off the government.

My kid just really wanted waffle house…. on a Sat morning…. right after the big Auburn/Alabama game… can you say nightmare? I indulged and agreed to it but after driving around town for more than 30 minutes I was about to give up and try cracker barrel when I made a turn and found this gem. It wasn’t packed like all the rest, so we went in. The folks in here were really nice and really attentive and our food tasted great. I was very glad to find them that morning and because it/they were so great I think I’ll be going out of ny way to visit again. 5 stars!

Always a great experience here. Good food, excellent service, and great value for your buck. A regular breakfast stop of mine, definitely one of the more welcoming locations of the franchise. I certainly recommend a visit for a good bite to eat.

Stood outside for 30 minutes for them to slap a sign on the door saying they were closed until 1:00 am. I’m trying to figure out who authorized them to close the store with a line full of people outside. The restaurant is open 24 hours. They definitely should not have put a closed sign up with a line of people outside.
