I stopped at Burger King as a last resort. The Lake Worth location is listed as open 24 hours, the banner outside says they’re open 24 hours, and there were three cars in line when I arrived, so it appeared open.
After the car in front of me finished ordering, I pulled up and was asked what I’d like. Since I don’t frequent Burger King, I asked for a moment please. The employee said, “Ok, actually we’re closing then,” then refused to take my order. When I asked if he could still take it since I was already at the speaker, and could just order quickly so I had something, he said no, shut off the microphone, then ignored me.
It was 2:51 a.m. when I drove away, so he closed at approximately 2:45 a.m. Closing after I’d already waited in line and then asking what I’d like simply because I needed a moment to look at the menu is extremely unprofessional. I was not rude or demanding, I left after he shut off the speaker and ignored me. For reference, this was New Years Eve, I don’t drink and I’m an attorney

The food was to be expected, but the frys were not hot mediocre (warm enough not to choke ). Drink machine was dirty, chairs covered in some king of plastic( looked like a bag, but on closer look the cover is a misfitting pad cover). We greeted the counter person with a hello and handed her the coupon. She responded with “cheese or no cheese. ” No hello greeting. The place was empty, no line. Had a hard time finding a clean table.

The Hispanic man taking orders is so rude, he lacks good customer service. To top it off they can never get an order right and tend to short us frequently. The food they do give us is freezing cold and stale old. If I could give zero stars I would.

Was overcharged for you pick two the cashier didn’t even know how to ring it up correctly so I think some training needs to be done to make sure customers don’t get overcharged like me.

We just ordered 2 breakfast burrito meals and we get back home and there are no meat on them and they were made the in 4 small pieces. The inside of the Burger King smells really really bad. We will not be back this is ridiculous I do not recommend.

If you could please update your information for your business. I pulled into The drive-through order with my code at 10:22. The cars in front of me were served and when I got to the speaker I was told they’re closed. I asked what time do you close and they said 10:30pm….please update your website as it is saying 24 hours.
