I’m giving a one star solely for cleanliness. The inside dining addition is great in the summer heat. When I stopped in this evening 6-23-25 at around 615 pm I ordered some items at your inside window….which i do frequently. As I turned to sit at the stainless steel tables I could see nothing but dirty sticky messes all along both of the longer tables. I asked for a rag so I can clean it before sitting….and to my surprise…I was given a rag. I would’ve preferred one of the 4 employees that were there at the time to take responsibility and clean the tables. I cleaned only the part that I was going to use…returned the rag….and asked for an application ( no i didn’t want a job). When I finished I pointed out to one of the staff that tables needed attention….as I went to my car and drove away…nobody went to take care of tables. Very disappointed. I like Eric’s….I’d hate to have this be common practice. I added 2 pics….one of the table shows part that I did not clean. Other was a tasty treat which I purchased. Yes…Bryan is a small town….let’s take pride in customer service. Please. Thank you.

Eric’s ice cream is one of the best things in Bryan, OH! I have been eating their ice cream for two years. Their ice cream has been consistently good both in quality and flavor. They change some of their ice cream flavors from time to time, so there are always new flavors to try!
Besides ice cream, they have many other items on the menu for customers to choose from, such as soft serve cones, flurries, and slushes. The portions are good, and the prices of their items are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Order a FROZEN espresso not a cup of coffee. It was NOT frozen what so ever. It’s like they just dumped the ingredients in the cup and didn’t blend it with ice to make a FROZEN ESPRESSO. I was excited to try it because of all the recommendations but this is highly disappointing. The onion petals are good tho

Glad to find gluten-free dairy free, vegan ice cream. I got a (huge) scoop of vanilla and Chocolate. Was driving by the town and stopped by the drive through. They also have sorbet if you would rather.

Eric’s Ice Cream in Bryan has been the best place around to ger ice-cream, but I was so disappointed when I ordered black raspberry, and instead of chocolate chunks, it had white chocolate chips! Why did they have to ruin a good thing!? It used to be my absolute favorite. I am so bummed..

Eric’s has some good ice cream, though they’re more expensive than other local options. We’ve enjoyed it on quite a few occasions, so we do expect that. Today, though, we were a bit shocked when two apple dumpling sundaes were two cents shy of $20. They were good, but that’s pretty pricey; more than $3 each more than their other sundaes. If you are on a tight budget, you might want to try somewhere else.
