This has got to be THE slowest Taco Bell in htown! Ridiculous! It’s frickin Taco Bell meaning fast food. Nothing about this place was fast. Ordered my food at 8:57 it is now 9:09 as I type this out still no food in my hands. Save your gas don’t come here unless you want to leave with grey hair & a walker.

Manager is stingy with sauce. I got two tacos they gave me four sauces I asked for two more since I like to eat my food with a lot of sauce. The lady at the window doesn’t say anything and just shuts the window. Starts talking to someone – comes back with a attitude to say the limit is two per item. I said I can pay for the two extra sauce – lady than says manager says we are running low on sauce mind you I can see all the sauce through the window. Get it together if you see you’re starting to run low on sauce GET YOUR STOCK IN AHEAD OF TIME THATS YOUR JOB. Why should I a customer have to eat a dry as taco because the manager can’t do their job and order more sauce

My sweet husband went to this location to try to purchase a pregnancy food craving I had. He stayed in the drive thru line 30 minutes just to order a couple Crunchwrap Supremes and a drink, as it was late at night and the inside lobby was closed.
Staff were RUDE and did not want to sell to him! Then when he finally got back to our hotel with the food, we find out they didn’t custom a couple easy things he requested to be left out to accommodate a food allergy I have. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, and I honestly don’t know HOW they are still in business, looking at other similar bad reviews!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

SLOW!!!! Ordered online, took me 10 minutes to arrive and I still waited over 20 more minutes For five cheesy roll ups and a cup!You have four people working in the kitchen. No drive-through line. Only one couple in the restaurant sitting at a table. There was trash all over the kitchen floor as well! Get it together.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this has happened more than once. I ordered four items, including two drinks, and everything showed up on the screen before pulling up to the window. But when I got my food, one of the items wasn’t on my receipt or in my bag. It seems like they either didn’t ring it up or removed it. On another visit, I was given cold food. Very disappointing, please do better!

Polite guy took my order but when I opened my food it was HORRIBLE! The chalupas were soggy, the tacos were soft and torn, the beans were burned, the cheese was lukewarm and the chips were stale. Literally nothing was edible. $19.30 just went into the trash can. Worst food ever!

Woman on headset was impatient and kept cutting us off when we were ordering. Assuming she was the same person at the window and the same thing. I’ve worked in fast food management for years and customer service is apart of your job. Every time I come here the Dr Pepper is out, and yet the employees still give it out to me. You can tell the soda is a lighter color and yall know it’s out. Management do better.
