I stopped by this Burger King during the morning shift and had a disappointing experience. The cashier was not friendly, didn’t offer any upselling or suggestions, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by ordering. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit.

The food is nice and hot the customer service was great I saw the reviews of 1 star but I always try any establishment to see Trust and believe you will get my honest opinions I dont like throwing my money away on bad service or food

My experience here was honestly disappointing. The food was trash, and on top of that, I didn’t even get my shake because it was out of stock. I would’ve been fine with that if they hadn’t given me a hard time for not wanting a different drink—and then still tried to charge me for the one they didn’t have.
Since it’s the special SpongeBob edition, I asked for the toy, and they made that difficult too. I get that sometimes there are policies, but the attitude and the way everything was handled really threw me off. The whole process felt way more complicated than it needed to be, and the fact that my food didn’t even taste good just made it worse.
Overall, not a good experience. At least the presentation was pretty cool.

All soggy, not crispy. The onion rings were blonde instead of brown like they should be, they must know that but still served it. The royal spicy sandwich used to be huge and flavorful. I cant describe how bland and soggy it was. It used to have a great spicy sauce. Chicken fries also not crispy at all. So laaaaame!

I politely requested the strawberry pie, but the large African American woman working the night shift informed me that I could only get the new SpongeBob pie if I purchased the combo. When I asked to speak with the manager, she simply said, “I am the manager,” and walked away, cursing under her breath. This was all happening in front of other customers.
A young girl, who seemed intimidated by the manager, approached me to offer her apologies for the situation. I plan to follow up on this matter, as it was quite unprofessional. The manager’s disheveled appearance suggested she might have been under the influence, which reflects poorly on the establishment. This is not a good look for Burger at all.

I hit this BK on a regular. They make the neatest sandwiches, I mean it looks like the prep person really cares. The meat and condiments are actually centered on the buns.

Here is a breakdown of my trip to BK. Moral of the story is just go to McDonalds.
7:00 PM: Arrived at BK
7:08 PM: Asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for a $12 order
7:18 PM: The food I had to wait to be “freshly made” arrives cold
7:20 PM: Ask the order be remade. The employees snatch the order out of my car and throw it in the trash. The man working begins screaming and threatening me so I ask to just be refunded since he is so upset having to remake the order.
7:30 PM: The employee leaves the store and chases me into the street all the way to the bank across the street while attempting to grab me.
7:50 PM: Police arrive so I have an incident report to show my bank since the employee refused to refund me after throwing my food away.
8:20 PM: Leave the BK as the employee screams at me
8:35 PM: Arrive at McDonalds
8:37 PM: Got hot food from McDonalds, plus a free pie after telling them my BK horror story

Store is fine its the app that sucks and Corp customer service. I picked this location but the app choose one that I used before. Corp wants to give me a $15 credit to add to my app, my order was $27.
