Extremely disappointed with this establishment. I was allowed in without my physical ID, spent money on food and drinks, then was refused re-entry by a different security guard who was rude, dismissive, and even threatened to call the police instead of letting me retrieve what I paid for. I had to get someone else to bring my food out, and the entire order was wrong.
On top of that, the bartenders ignored the women in our group while serving every man around us.
Unprofessional, inconsistent, and disrespectful. I will not be returning.

If you’re not a regular, don’t bother. The service was extremely disappointing. The gay bartender was rude and completely ignored customers he didn’t recognize, even while watching the on-shift bartender struggle. The bartender on duty took a long time to locate an order, and despite me sitting at the bar and asking for a drink, everyone else was served except me—on a night that wasn’t even busy. I refuse to beg anyone to take my money. The customer service, especially from the gay bartender, was unacceptable.

Whew, where do I start??? This lounge is located in a neighborhood. It was recommended to me by a hotel worker and I wish I never came here. I usually try to support black owned business, but this was a mess.
The music was too loud, and it looked sketchy outside. When you walk in the security inserts your ID in this device, I dont know why, but that was a red flag. He was actually the nicest worker there. The bartender did not smile one time. She ignored me for 10 mins before I was able to order.
I then waited 40 minutes for 6 chicken wings and fries. When I asked about my order, the bartender stated, “I’m not the cook babe.” Smh.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re visiting from out of town ♀️. Super ghetto and not very customer service oriented.
It was supposed to be r&b night, but rap/trap music was played the majority of the time.
There is very limited parking.
The bartender with the blow dryer tattoo on her chest needs customer service training. Rude and unwelcoming. I left after I got my food, no tip, except smile and treat your customers like you want to be there. If not, quit and work at a jail or prison.

Worst experience ever the food is horrible don’t know where the old cook went. I ordered fish and chicken wings nothing amazing I waited hour and half to get cold food fish was just breading no fish meat chicken was soggy drenched in sauce and cold maybe still frozen fries I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Whoever owns this place needs to have some standards and the waitress that helped me was terrible wish I could take my tip back this bar should pay me for waste of time and I still have to buy another meal because of horrible service!!!!!
