My go to place ! Been coming here for years. Please don’t update your restaurants with your corporate nonsense. The best servers and the best food around. I drive from the Westerville area 34 mile round-trip 2 to 3 times a week. Just enjoy the friendly, comforting atmosphere and food for lunch or dinner. I always bring friends and family with me because I know it’s value for my dollar, consistent quality and a good time to be had by all.

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Cracker Barrel, but ended up here. You are either a big fan or not. We dined during lunch and we’re all pretty satisfied with our meals for the price and the portion. The blackened catfish I got was excellent. I thought the mac and cheese could have been better.

Our server April was amazingly knowledgeable and attentive. If not already, she should be in line with a training and development leadership role. I can find one area of improvement in her service. Great job! The food was phenomenal as well! Temperature was hot and seasoned to perfection!

Absolutely 100% raw chicken. Not one order. All 4 orders. I will be contacting the health department as well. Shut this store down. This isn’t a little raw. This is as raw as it gets. The breading itself wasn’t even cooked.
I am a cook. I take food seriously. Raw chicken like this probably temped at 100°. Safe chicken is 165°. This means without a doubt they have no idea how to cook chicken. They didn’t temp this at all. No instant thermometers. I wouldn’t be surprised if a ton of things are wrong behind the scenes. Fire the cooks on the spot and likely the managers. I will be demanding this from corporate.
Corporate will be contacting me apparently. The manager originally tried to “remove the chicken” from the bill. I obviously explained this is lawsuit and closure of the store territory. They then took it seriously. They comped the meal and gave us free meals in the future. I will never ever return here.
What I noticed they didn’t do was check anyone else’s chicken in the restaurant. We were just served multiple RAW pieces of chicken and not one manager told the store to stop eating. They don’t care. They are trying to cover their behind.

You always know what you’re going to get when you come to cracker barrel. Their pancakes are my favorite and the little branded bottles of syrup are a nice touch. The servers are always nice and attentive and they really know how to tailor your breakfast. The only thing is the coffee could be stronger but it sure goes taste good with cream, sugar, and pancakes. Thank you for taking care of us today, Heather!

Stopped by the Sunbury locations for dinner and checked out their updates menu!. We had the pot roast w/ mashed potatoes, chicken tenders and the new cinnamon skillet! The food was amazing and the service provided by April was awesome! She was super attentive and friendly and was a joy to talk to!

Fabulous my wife had Crispy fried chicken, Mac/cheese and broccoli, she loved it!
Portions large, we took home what we couldn’t finish. We noticed the bag for our take out had a different logo than typical for Cracker Barrel. Asked what’s this? Informed thinking on changing logo. Really??? Think if through before you make the move on changing logo.
It does nothing for the chain at all!!!
We all know NEW is not always better sometimes it can diminish the iconic logo you already have.
Not impressed one bit.
