Should’ve gone to Starbucks or mcdonald’s. I ordered a latte and it took a while. I placed my order and waited till everyone who just came in and order food and drinks to be served before me. The latte didn’t taste that good either, I had to add sugar. I never have to add sugar when I get it from Starbucks or mcdonald’s. The servers weren’t that good either, I came outside and everything is dirty ans smelly. I wanted to give this place another chance cus last time the iced coffee I ordered sucked too. I’m not coming here again.

They left about a quarter of the drink out. I ordered an Iced matcha here. I asked the guy why it wasn’t filled to the top? He replied I tried to fill as much as I could??!! Makes absolutely no sense. Didn’t have time to argue with the guy. But never again

I know LA is gentrifying but this is a change that was long overdue . ⌛
Let’s hope this change is here to stay and the negiborhood except this upward mobility

Friendly staff and great location. My latte was made quickly. In the morning, there was a constant flow of patrons getting their coffee, donuts and breakfast. There is parking outside in the lot shared with other retail.

The service was quick, friendly, and the drink/snack were delicious. There was only one person serving, but she kept up and remained extremely courteous and was engaged with the people she served. The place was small, but incredibly clean and tidy. Keep up the great work 🙂

There are items that are sold out but you can still order them Without knowing it’s sold out. So when you tell them you don’t want to substitute and just get your money back they get upset and tell me that they can give you something else. So I got to repeat that I want my money back and insist on giving you something else. Plus short my order.

This morning I had the worst customer service experience at Dunkin Donuts in Gardena with Ryan. After being greeted with a yawn at the counter her first words were “I’m tired”. I said good morning and gave her my order. While waiting two more customers walked in. She failed to greet them as well. When I grabbed my coffee I noticed it had cream. I simply walked back to the counter and told Rayna the order was incorrect. I asked for a regular black coffee Rayna loudly replied” It’s regular coffee!!! Regular coffee has cream and sugar!!! I was shocked and looked at the other customers expression at this poor representation of Dunkin Donuts quality service. Please retrain Rayna or replace her. I’ve been drinking coffee for more than 25years around the world. Regular coffee is black. I will vent and pass the word about this location and employee to other social media outlets as well
