Charley’s Philly Steaks is one of my favorite lunch spots. My sandwich and fries always taste great. They are quick to take your order and get your sandwich made fast. When you need a drink refill just ask the counter person and they will fill you up before you go on your way.

Bryan Anthony here at the Palm desert mall location I cannot believe their service was so awesome made the sandwich that me and my wife had tremendously great had no complaints the soda awesome and nice and sweet and customer service and atmosphere the food I mean these two gentlemen deserve a little recognition here for their hard work because honestly even though they were jam-packed they still make sure my food was fresh nice and hot called out our order even made our soda because I first had ordered a Dr pepper Dr pepper was the watery but changed it out with no problem even apologize so many times when you didn’t have to so Charlie’s restaurant give your employees a little bit of recognition right here in the Palm desert mall in Palm desert ca

They were very stingy with the sauce on the wings so they were very dry. The lemonade wasn’t good! How do you mess up lemonade? The fries weren’t any good either. But, at least the people were nice so that’s good.

Waited in line 10 min behind 2 couples. Then got to front and was told it will be just a moment sir 3x b4 I gave up and went to chubbys. They were way better then the chopped crap they are throwing together here for 20$
