I’ve never done a review before, but this is my last order I’ll ever make here. I’m a fan of Arby’s food and have ordered it many times before. However, this location is more than a disappointment. This location does a horrid job for Arby’s overall and this place has had several instances of poor service such as poorly cooked food, incorrect, missing items, etc. And today, I’ve ordered the steak nugget bowl with a double beef n’ cheddar, and for one I get an incorrect item (steak nugget burger) instead of the bowl, second it looks like the picture I’ve provided (completely unappetizing burnt food). Just compare it to it’s advertised photo (I know that’s not a very realistic take for advertised pictures, but lets be real here), third the onion sprinkled on top is mostly just breading, I ate a few of the rings without any onion whatsoever. Everything about my order was unsatisfying. This is beyond a poor reflection or representation of what or how steak nuggets should be, let alone Arby’s food.

From now on, I will avoid the Maysville Road location
Was expecting hot fresh food, and received food that might as well have been sitting out for three hours with no sense of concern from the Arby’s staff!!!
Order two simple meals both with a shake, got home and discovered with nobody telling me that they no longer add the chocolate syrup drizzle for the Jamaica shake . called to complain mention to them that they messed up the order because there wasn’t any drizzle and got nothing short of careless, ignorance and rudeness from the person on the other end who mentioned how yeah they haven’t done it for months and it’s “the Customer‘s job to inquire. It’s not their job to inform customers”. Part of a fast food, worker or server or customer service employees job is to properly kindly inform customers of changes to the menu! NOT the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to do ANY of the EMPLOYEE’s JOB!!!!!!!

The food was great – I ordered two beef and cheddars, the jalapeño poppers and the gyro. They had run out of roast beef, so two of my party didn’t get the sandwich they wanted, which is fine, but I had to drive around the whole building because they were stocking with a semi blocking the entire drive-thru. They didn’t make the gyro a meal, even though I had ordered it as one, and the staff felt like they had a chip on their shoulder and straight up ignored me a couple times. I would get being upset if I showed up a few minutes before they close, but it was 10, and they close at midnight.

I ordered and paid on the app. When I went to pick up our food, I was told they were out of roast beef. The person at the store said he couldn’t refund our credit card, and I had to do that on the app. What? This was a terrible, terrible experience. I’d give a zero star rating if I could!!

The service absolutely is the best at this location. Been here multiple times and each time everyone is so nice and inviting. This is the way a place should be run, it’s apparent that they have some good leadership and staff take pride in what they do.

Staff cussing and fighting to themselves and customers, loud enough for the entire store to hear it. Manager Niki was extremely rude to me while taking my order. Do not recommend coming to this location period.

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill after new management took over. Under the prior management this was the highest rated Arbys in the Fort Wayne area but new management doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with some of the basics like keeping the sauces full. I downgraded my 5 star review to a 4 star. You can see in my photos that the lid to the sauce dispensers was not on all the way, they were all empty and the ketchup wasn’t even there.

To start the smell of marijuana coming from the workers standing on the side of the building was already making me doubt my experience, after being treated rudely by the manager Nikki when I mentioned the employee on the side of the building smoking marijuana and was basically told to mind my business, in all honesty I’m not a prude but that’s not a good look for a family establishment.

I don’t know why I even bother getting the beef N chedder anymore. It always a disappointment! It’s been 6 months since I’ve gone here and the fries were perfectly hot and fresh the side of cheese was actually full and the guy in the window was super nice, but the sandwich it literally had a smear of cheese sauce on the wrapper next to the sandwich making it look like there was cheese in the sandwich BUT THERE WASN’T IN CHEESE IN THE SANDWICH!!! Just on the wrapper.
