Seems I’m not the only person who thinks this location sucks. Every time I go here either my food order is incorrect or they find creative ways to inconvenience me. Not only is their AI powered drive thru speaker ungodly loud, the idiot cannot understand anything spoken to it.
Today, though, my wife and I placed separate mobile orders using rewards we earned. We also wanted to share a large nacho fry which I had cash for. I get to the speaker and the worker tells me I’ll make to drive back around to place the additional order. The mobile orders were 1 item each and I just wanted to order a large nacho fry. I would have drove back around but I was already deep into my lunch break and didn’t find it necessary to spend more money at an establishment who is being petty and has inconvenienced me.
I arrive home and the picture shown is my cheesy Gordita crunch. Just thrown together without a care in the world. Either properly train your employees or shut down this location.

The food was great! Exactly how you want it. The manager was really nice and checked on us. We are inside and there was a table with a bunch of ants on it, but only the one table. It was very odd we went to the other side of the dining room to find a booth missing a leg. I’m not sure how that happens but we moved again and the rest of the visit was good. Even had to use the changing table which seems cleaned recently.

My visit was on 10/13/25 @ 6pm. The only good from this visit was the young lady working the intercom. Food was thrown in bag so my chips and other items were strewn all over. No pride in the prep of the food as the tacos were slopped togther. Cinnamon twist had no cinnamon or sugar. Its 1 dollar but every dollar I make is earned! Luckily I can go to other taco bells. Gave this one too many chances it’s not worth going anymore.

I will be seeking a new location for the future. There always seems to be something wrong with my order when I go here. I’ve worked food service for years so ik how it is. My drive thru orders are always short with minimal adjustments. No ice in drinks, 50% of the time that’s ignored. When the caliente line was out, I ordered the burrito with and taco without. The taco had caliente sauce. Had to make a return trip to get the right food. My receipt reflected what I ordered, not what I received. Final straw, I ordered a regular sized fry in my order and was charged for and received a large fry. Again had to return to the location to ask for a refund. This whole experience made me very upset, I lost my appetite and my food was cold be the time I was able to sit down with it. Idc if this taco bell is open til 3a I won’t be returning. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

I was eating at the Des Here’s Taco Bell w/ my sister. I started choking & not 1 employee came to see if I needed 911. I’ll never go back to another Taco Bell ever if this is the way you train your employees. I know, I worked at a restaurant for 20 years. This happened on Wednesday October 15th 2025. No stars from me, but it wouldn’tlet me submit w/ out any. All ones, but really zero. I could have died.

They made my food wrong and packaged it so badly I opened the paper and beef fell out all over the place. They put sour cream or something on my cheesy Gordita crunch instead of the normal sauce.

I go here way too often I can’t lie and they RARELY do me wrong. Food is always hot, staff is always super nice and genuine, this is my ride or die location, every other one gets my stuff wrong

Imagine waiting forever for the return of Mexican pizzas, only to get TWO with meat in the middle ONLY!!! All the rest of the shell have absolutely no meat on both pizzas! I am highly disgusted and irate actually that I waited in line so long only to be disappointed with my purchase! I want my order remade!

This is normally my favorite taco bell. Tonight was really sad. I don’t know if it was someone new or what. I was just before 7pm central time. Not really busy so I don’t know how this order could have been so messed up. Me and my girlfriend ordered 2 deluxe cravings boxes, both cantina with one avacado ranch crispy chicken taco box and the other the chipotle crispy chicken taco. I asked for mine with no tomato on the taco and the chalupa. When we got home I saw one box was quite heavier than the other. When opened there was a full order in one box and the other was missing the chalupa. All items had tomatoes. The burrito in my box was barely filled and was folded more like a taco than burrito. My girlfriends crispy chicken taco had 1 small piece of chicken.
I will come back to this taco bell again, I have faith this was a one time thing. I hope.
