This smaller Starbucks location nestled inside the shopping mall offers a convenient and pleasant experience, especially if you’re looking for easy access and plenty of parking nearby. While it doesn’t have a drive-thru, the walk-in and sit-down options provide a cozy atmosphere to enjoy your favorite coffee or grab a quick snack between errands.

One thing that really stood out to me was the impressive variety of plant-based, vegetarian, and vegan options on the menu. It’s clear Starbucks is making a strong effort to cater to diverse dietary preferences, which is fantastic for anyone looking for thoughtful, inclusive choices.

The Starbucks on 107th Avenue and Kendall Drive is truly the best! Owen, Nando and all the baristas are amazing, always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The store is spotless and beautifully organized. Lazaro, the manager, is fantastic, he rolls up his sleeves and helps his team, which says a lot about his leadership. I love coming here! I often enjoy their delicious sandwiches and wraps along with my favorite coffee or Frappuccino. They’ve also added great options like the protein cold foam, Pumpkin Latte, and Iced Pecan Crunch. Perfect place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. Highly recommend!

So beyond disappointed. To pay for an $8 drink with customizations from $1-2 each and it not be made correctly is not just unsatisfactory, but unacceptable in my book. My colleague ordered Starbucks on UberEats for everyone at the workplace, and had treated me to a Tall Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with caramel drizzle and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. When I got my drink, it was sad. No cold foam, no caramel drizzle, WHICH I PAID AROUND $3 EXTRA FOR IN TOTAL. Starbucks, If you’re charging someone for extra modifications, you are expected to give them exactly what they are paying for. Whoever is in charge of the delivery drinks is completely at fault and needs to do better.

I came in to order my regular drinks since I was in the area. I had a reward for a free bakery item and use ⭐100 for a cold drink. The cashier was friendly, but didn’t follow my instructions on how I wanted to use my ⭐’s or reward! The cashier proceeded to tell me I’ve already used my free item, which was not valid. Instead they used my ⭐’s towards my bakery item. At the time of the transaction I had to pay for both drinks instead of using my rewards properly. When I received my Venti drink it wasn’t full not to mention I was on my way to work I didn’t have time to argue. It was an unpleasant visit to say the least.

App and delivery orders are always late. I understand morning is busy time but over 25 minute wait for pick up order is a little much. Other delivery driver was waiting even longer, he was there when I came and still there when I left. Also it’s not the first time I had to wait this long in this location. Employees were polite and overwhelmed with morning rush. Seems like scheduling issue or understaffed. Better order inside in this location. Do not recommend ordering delivery.

Last week, I ordered online, and I went to pick it up. They took a lot of time to make it, because they were messing around the kitchen, joking, and talking the whole time. Like 5 clients were waiting for them. Three employees helped to make my drink, and nobody knew what the other did, so I guess that’s why it tasted so bad. When I tried it, it was disgusting. It didn’t taste like milk, coffee, or chocolate. It tasted horrible. I don’t recommend the drinks or the service at this Starbucks. Spent $7 on a coffee that tasted like stagnant water.
