⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Perfect Mix of Hot Food & Cold Treats!
I had a great experience at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. It’s exactly what you want from a neighborhood spot—fast, friendly, and consistently delicious.
What Stood Out:
• The Food: I grabbed the FlameThrower Burger, and it actually had a decent kick to it! The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned perfectly—no soggy fries here.
• The Service: The staff was incredibly patient while my kids took forever to decide on their Blizzard flavors. Even with a busy drive-thru, the dining area was clean and the wait time was minimal.
• The Dessert (Obviously): You can’t go wrong with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard. They did the “upside-down” test, and it stayed right in the cup!
• Atmosphere: This location is modern, bright, and way more comfortable than your average fast-food joint. It’s a great place to sit down and actually enjoy your meal.
Bottom Line: Whether you’re looking for a solid lunch or a late-night ice cream run, this location nails it every time. I’ll definitely be back!

Only giving 4 stars because I haven’t been inside to be able to speak ona full scale but so far my experiences in the drive through have been great. The workers are always nice. The food is fresh. We’ve only come in the evening but there hasn’t been a long wait. Of the two in Provo, this is the only one I will come to.

Always goo through the drive through because its close to home and when I order it takes a good half an hour from ordering till I get my food. Blizzards are always runny, food is sometimes cold by the time I get it, and a lot of the time I dont get what I even ordered. Would give this location 0 stars if I could, and will start going to Geneva location from this point on.

This location is by my office and one of the only food options so I go here fairly often. The food is always fresh and hot but that comes at the cost of the wait times. If you are in a pinch for time, don’t go here. It very often takes 20 or minutes from the time I place my order to get my food. Most of the staff are great however something major needs to be done to decrease the wait time. A lot of my coworkers have a 30 minute lunch and due to wait times here can’t make it back in time. Despite the location being 1 mile away .

No cheese means no cheese… It’s disappointing that this is something you can request and yet people still forget it. Not sure if I’ll ever come back. Store looked nice and staff were friendly I guess, just sucks the burger I got had 3 slices of cheese to completely ruin it…

Dirty dirty DQ inside a gas station near the Provo airport. We stood and waited 10 minutes for someone to even notice we were standing at the register. The mini shake was tasty but we still felt gross leaving that place.
