Ever wondered about the origins of Brookstreet BBQ? It started in the Great Uptown kitchen of Texas Chicken Rotisserie. As our menu grew, the need for dedicated BBQ locations became apparent. Our first was in Sugar Land, followed by Missouri City and Houston. We’re experts in classic hickory wood Bar-B-Q, striving daily to perfect our craft. Our brisket is a crowd-pleaser, along with our smoked turkey and jalapeño sausage. While our family of restaurants varies in cuisine and tradition, all share a commitment to high-quality food, great value, and exceptional hospitality.

Not pleaased at all. 3 meat plate portion was insulting and more of a child’s plate. Literally contained the below:
$26.45 on doordash $24 on regular in store menu.
This was so not Texan to charge full freight and not give a decent portion.

A solid 4.0. Ordered the moist brisket. It was good but not great. Not dry though. Just didn’t seem super fresh. I would have expected at least some onions or pickles but nope, just the meat. Most places have onions and pickles for free, some have more than that. Bread was toasted and very good.

This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten at an establishment. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was beyond clean. I love the atmosphere. It was recommended by one of the staff members at Sugar Cycles. Beware, I don’t recommend eating here then going back to work if you have a desk job. You WILL fall asleep, and dream about going back.

Delicious BBQ. Brisket was tender, jalapeno sausage had a nice snap and jalapeno forward! White Meat Chicken was juicy and went well in a slice of bread with sauce and a little cole slaw. Staff was very accommodating.

I came to Brookstreet BBQ and ordered the Chopped Beef Sandwich Combo. When the young lady rung me up she charged me separately for the sandwich, and chips. I said I need my cup for the drink and she said it doesn’t come with a drink. I told her I’ve got to combo and it’s always came with a drink. She was a little rude about it rerung me up for the combo and I had to ask her for the cup for my drink. She didn’t even say thank you! They’re already pricey and I have no problem with that but your customer service should be alot better!!! The server’s name on my receipt is Karla L

I came here for a meeting and wanted to give the food a try. I read the reviews and looked at the pictures before ordering . One review talked about the amount of meat that was put on their sandwich. They also provided pictures. I thought surely that was a mistake. I got a chopped beef and sausage sandwich. My sandwich looked JUST LIKE the other review! There was barely any meat on the sandwich. You will be eating bread sandwich. The chopped beef taste like the chopped beef that you can get at Sam’s. The fries were good. We I be back? no. Would I recommend? No

Brookstreet definitely has to be one of my favorite bbq restaurants and the best in town. Their bbq is amazing, but my favorite dish has to be the fried catfish with their homemade tartar sauce, coleslaw, and fries. I just found out that they now sell the catfish DAILY instead of just on Fridays and I couldn’t be any happier. I come to Brookstreet about twice a week now just for the catfish!
