Overall I would say this place was a pretty good experience. I thought the burgers were pretty good, and the patties were quite nice. The milkshakes were well done. In my opinion, they were obviously way too sweet, but that’s bc I don’t love sweets to begin with. So for what it was, it was a nice smooth milkshake. I think the Nutella milkshake was probably the best one. The chocolate Reese one was also not bad. The Kit Kat one tastes like McFlurry, but also good. The banana one tasted a little bit like cough syrup (and I usually love banana flavoured items). The fries were crispy. Vibes were good, felt like we were on an 80s date.

Great experience overall. The milkshakes were the best — exactly everything you want in a milkshake. The burgers were great too, fresh and tasted excellent.
There really wasn’t any service since you order online and pick up, but the process was quick and easy. The food came out fast, everything tasted fresh, and the place was very clean. The people there were nice, and overall it was a very good experience.
No complaints at all. Definitely a place I’d go back to and really enjoyed it.

really good! I got the garlic steak burger, along with a chocolate milkshake which did not disappoint the whip was yummy. the restaurant was very cute, like a retro 60s interior style. Loved the staff as well

• We ordered combos for both adults and children; the meat is juicy, with good topping options, soft buns, and crispy fries.
*The burger on the kids’ menu is practically the same size as the regular burger.*
• To unlock the drinks machine, you need to scan the QR code on your receipt.
For us, the best item was the Nutella milkshake—without a doubt, the best we’ve ever tried. We also ordered the Kit Kat milkshake, but we didn’t like the flavor. Next time, we’ll try other flavors.

Manager was great I use to love Steak’n Shake when I lived in Atlanta. They should bring 1 to Savannah, GA. I had to get it when we were in Kissimmee it was just alright but I know the shakes and burgers are awesome .

First time ever to any Steak ‘n Shake. Wanted to try due to positive hype it gets. After this 1st time, still don’t understand the hype. Burger was meh, a standard grease ball gut bomb. Fries were regular shoe string. Don’t add produce, it is not fresh. If they can’t keep lettuce fresh, what else isn’t fresh?

Food was delicious and value for your dollar is decent. We ordered 4 kids meal and 3 adult meals. Only suggestion would be that I should be able to visually tell the difference between an adult and kids burger – it was hard for us to see at first – we had to tell by toppings. Service was good! Manager came by a few times to check on us. I wasn’t sure how I felt by ordering through a kiosk, but after experiencing it, I feel it was just fine, PLUS we were greeted right away and let us know he was there if we had any questions. Overall, a very pleasing experience!
