Ariana is awesome! She was super accommodating and made sure customers got exactly what they needed. She was positive and friendly even though it was busy, and she was willing to help out wherever she could. She made the whole experience better for everyone.

Go so and the crew were super cool with us and our business associates. Had a couples meetings there this week with some tough weather and they totally were hospitable, great breakfast foods and coffee. Kinda the perfect chill during stressful weather and work. I paid $20.22 for soup and a sandwich. Panera is charging $12 for a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, which barely had any turkey on it, smh. Do better as a company, give customers the value for which we are paying. High price and barely any food. I’ve ordered this sandwich many times over the years and never received a flat empty sandwich like the one I received last night. Won’t be going back.

Difficult to get past the crunchy crust, dried ham and glob of salty béchamel on this poor excuse for a croque monsieur.
It would be one thing if it was cheap and fast. But yall charge $10 for a sandwich that’s missing bread and then burnt the bread that was left; and made me wait +10 minutes for this. If I wasn’t starving and needed to take medicine with food I would have thrown it in the trash. Because that’s what this was. Y’all out here selling garbage with terrible service. My husband told me to stop going to this location because it’s always the same. I agree with him now since they have run out of good graces with me. Don’t waste your time and money.

Do not go through the drive through unless you’re ready to wait a long time for your order. They have you pull out of the drive through after you pay so that they can bring the food out to you, but it takes a long time especially if they have customers inside. I was also given a VERY burnt and disgusting cream of broccoli soup. The unfortunate part is that I didn’t notice until I was home but since I don’t live too close it would have been an inconvenience to go back. Which I shouldn’t have to do anyway.. They should know better than to be giving this out to customers and charging for it. Shame shame!

Ordered my usual 1 grilled cheese and a half grilled cheese online, food looked horrible. Two different types of bread used, one burnt end piece of bread on one sandwich. I requested a refund, manager said unable to process a refund because it’s after 5pm, etc, wrote my name on a napkin to process tomorrow. How is a national chain unable to process a refund but they can take money with no problem. I will not be back.

I haven’t ate at Panera Bread in years. Today I stopped by the Matteson location and got a whole Chicken Caesar Salad. Where’s the lettuce in the salad??? There was more cheese than lettuce and this looks like a half than a whole salad!!! I paid $13 for cheese and 2 salad dressing…Ridiculous!….Note to self—stop going to these restaurants…
