Ordered 3 large sandwiches to go. 1 cheese streak on white. 1 cheese streak on wheat and 1 Italian. ALL 3 combos. 2 with chips and 1 with Mac and cheese. … well I got 1 of the 3 ordered..no mac and cheese. Got the chips and drinks correct because I picked them and made them… so I guess I should be happy. Even left a 20% tip on a to go order. Not pleased at all with the experience here. And unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointing. If you get to go check your food!!

I ordered a smoked provolone and turkey to go all I got was turkey, mayonnaise, tomato and lettuce. The worker smashed turkey right in the middle with very little lettuce and super thin slices of tomato. There was no cheese. I’m really disappointed. Firehouse usually does so much better than this. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

I’m giving them 5 stars however tonight the Cajun chicken sandwich I got did not have nearly the same amount of chicken on it as in the past. The flavor was great as always, but it wasn’t worth the money paid considering the lack of chicken. I’ll continue to go there, but will be aware of the inconsistency in portions. Update: My husband said the same thing about the Italian sandwich I ordered for him. He said the meat was way thinned out and the ends of the sandwich, like an inch on each end was just bread. At the prices they charge, this shouldn’t happen.

One Star – Poor Service and Even Worse Customer Support
I ordered a Large New York Steamer through the Firehouse Subs app and received a completely different sandwich a Philly Cheesesteak. Simple mistake, right? Should be a simple fix too. Nope.
I contacted their guest services immediately. Here’s how it went:
Email 1 (from them):
“Sorry about that! We issued you 1600 reward points.”
Sounds nice, until you realize it takes 15,000 points to get a free sandwich. So basically… thanks for 1/10 of a replacement.
My response:
I told them the points don’t come close to covering what I paid for and asked for a proper solution more points or a refund.
Email 2 (from them):
They passed the buck entirely, saying since it was a pickup order, I need to go to the store myself and sort it out. Apparently, the app is just for show, and once your money is taken, you’re on your own.
So let me get this straight:
I used their app
I was given the wrong item
They gave me points worth about $1
Then told me to go deal with it in person?
Why even have a guest services team if all they do is redirect you to the store?
Bottom line: Don’t count on Firehouse Subs to fix their mistakes. If something goes wrong, you’ll be left hunting for a resolution like I was. I used to be a regular now I’m taking my business elsewhere.

These guys know what they are doing and they are so nice to their customers. It is very hard to find such good service post Covid, but they truly care here. I took my son here for lunch last week and even had them make a very specific sandwich and they did it all with a smile. Thanks guys! You are gems.

You can’t go wrong with the Hook & Ladder! This sandwich is served heated and the bread is soft. The medium size is a perfect size, if you’re not super hungry you can save the other half for later. They do have a rewards program that allows you to earn points for free food. I love sandwiches and this is one of my favorite places!

This place is always great. Staff r always nice n welcoming. Inside is always clean n neat. The sandwiches r always perfect. If u like subs, Firehouse is the place 2 go. The prices r a bit more but the sandwiches r worth it. Much better than Subway.
